Do not book services from this company!!! This morning they sent one of their techs out bill to my house to fix my driver side window. Before he checked to make sure everything was correct he took my window out! My window was not out it was just cracked then he called me outside to say he had the wrong glass for my car and said he was leaving and a manager would contact me in a hour 3 hours go by I called them. All I got was left on hold then they said they would call me back in 10 minutes that never happen so I called back then they said that their tech bill was coming back out and should be there in 2 hours. Something told me to call bill so I did he said he was not coming because he didn't have the glass for my car. so I called the company back and the lady was rude and said she just can't help me even tho he to my window out my car and just left it with nothing there he even left glass all in my car and took my cracked window

I had a great experience from scheduling through to the new window. Short wait times on the phone, I was able to get scheduled within 2 bus days of my call. I ended up not being able to get my window replaced right away do to damage we hadn’t seen. The installer was knowledgeable in where and how to get this work done and I was able to reschedule for the next day! The installer called to make sure we were ready to go the next morning. They cleaned up the glass as best they could inside the car and had me ready to hit the road again in no time.Thank you so much!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Lets just say I should have looked at reviews before hiring them. All I looked at was price and I ended up loosing money anyway. They didn't install my windshield correctly and left broken glass on my wiper which immediately scratched the new windshield. they also did not have my cowl trim straight and the edge was sticking up above the hood. They did refund me the cost of the windshield at least when I complained about the scratch and crooked trim. But then 2 days later it rained and water leaked into my front window camera and damaged it. When I called they said they had "washed their hands of this transaction" and there was nothing they were going to do about the water damaged camera. what a terrible company!

My windshield was cracked when a stone/rock flew up and cracked my windshield.I was in an unfamiliar area . As I explained my situation, the young lady who answered the phone said "can't help you" and then hung up. Very poor customer service

They were earlier than scheduled. Rather early than late so thats good. They did the job quickly and smoothly. My only complaint which isn't really a complaint, more of a criticism, was that they use a small vacuum to clean up any glue, paper pieces or shoe dirt, but really was no big deal. I was really happy with their work, timeliness and attitude was great too. Thanks, and ill definitely use them again should I need to, without hesitation!Service: Windscreen replacement
