After reading the reviews I don’t know why I decided to make an appointment here. The girl at the front desk is extremely rude and they can never keep an appointment they always reschedule. DO NOT go to this place. All they care about is doing unnecessary procedures to make as much money as they can. I’m sure one of the countless “owners” will respond to this review with, “I’ll pass your concerns to our customer service team.” …nothing changes. If I could give 0 stars I would.

READ THE REVIEWS TO MANY IM SORRY REPLIES MOSTLY CAUSE OF RUDENESS.Great staff except for the judgmental pos that kicked me out cause he was discrimitive, judgenental ,rude . When you ask someone multiple times if they can pay the price and say we want to make sure we get paid. When shouldn't I respond.

I was disappointed in a lot of things my appointment was at 2:30 I was told to be there by 2:15 I was I didn't get taken back till 3:10 when the doctor came to look at my teeth there was no overhead light for him to use so he asked an assistant to bring her cell phone in to look at my mouth which we all know they're covered in germs her cell phone didn't work it wasn't bright enough so he then pulls his out which we know is covered in germs. He keeps the same gloves on then sticks his hands in my mouth still lighting wasn't very good he said so he's yanking my mouth to open my mouth to see in there after 2 hours and 15 minutes of being there I had to leave so I told them to call me with my consultation to make my appointment nobody's has contracted me yet it's been 24 hours and if I do go back I do not want to see the white male doctor that I seen my husband's gone there and he sees I think he's Indian and that's the only person I will see if I go back to that office but I thought it was gross that they had cell phones in my mouth he didn't change his glove when he touched his own personal phone and then stuck his hands in my mouth and aggressively opened my mouth to try to widen the hole for him to see. the nurses there were very nice but that doesn't help me out when I went there for an appointment it took forever to be seen and then they didn't have the proper equipment for me.

What a joke of a place. DONT GO THERE. I had an appointment at 3 i was there early and i noticed people who came after me were being called in before me i told the receptionist girl and she goes to the back to check and she comes back out and says i should be next. So i continued towait patiently only to see new people coming in and being called in before me . I went back to the receptionist girl and asked what is going on...why is this continuing to happen and her answer was I dont know. I told her i was leaving and seeing another dentist and she says oh but there going to call you soon and i said my appointment was at 3 and so far like 5 people went ahead of me. So she goes to the back to check again and comes out and asks do you want to reschedule? Im thinking you just told me i was supposed to be called next. So clearly there was something very fishy going on. She even had a smirk on her face. I told her to forget it about it im going to see another dentist and she with a smug attitude says have a good day. It was a total joke. Mind you I took time off from work for thisappointment and she thought it was funny. I initially did not want to come to this place. I should have gone with my instincts. Very unprofessional.

Went in on a limited budget with 4 damaged molars, asked to have the two that were painful and already coming out of my gumline extracted. The other two had root canals performed already and we're not high priority.I thought we were on the same page, so I signed the paperwork after they threw a bunch of tooth numbers and a gameplan at me. (This parts probably my fault, but I also don't know if the average person is expected to know teeth by numbers). After my extraction, I realized that they did not get rid of the two problematic teeth giving me pain and instead got the other ones. I tried to call in to express that the extracted teeth were not what I expected and I felt I didn't understand the dental plan, so I wanted to go over it again. They said they'd give a call back, and they did the next day - the dentist who pulled the first two molars left a voicemail saying to give a call to schedule extraction of the other two. I left them a voicemail back asking if I could go over the whole dental plan first, and they never responded again.I gave several calls trying to follow up and just talk with someone, but it quickly became clear that the entire office was instructed to not answer me. People would answer the phone and listen and talk until I would say my name or hint at having a wrong tooth pulled and they would hang-up. After three weeks of them blatantly ignoring me to go away, I went in to grab my paperwork. The billing lady (who I was trying to talk to) only came out to ask if I was switching dentists, and when I said no she just left without another word. This place is super shady. Don't trust your medical workers just because they work in that field.Edit: Not sure how I left this out, but just adding that they DID get rid of four teeth total - But the two on the top row of my mouth were only next to the ones causing pain, not the cause themselves, and were pulled out. I originally thought that there was a reason I just didn't know, but the complete cut-off of communication leads me to believe that was done in error.

I have now been in this office 4 times in the last month- I haven't had any issues with anyone here- they are all great to me- and I have definitely given them a ton to do- from Katie(?) the hygienist to Dr. Neha(?) and her assistant who did root canals to Jackie, Prissila, and Dr. Amir who were involved with the crowns to EVERYONE at the front desk- and i apologize if I got names wrong or have forgotten names but you all have done great work- my wife's turn was today and she said the same thing- THANK YOU to all of you.

What a joke of a dentistry. LOL. Do yourself a favor and literally go ANYWHERE but here. The most inefficient group of people I’ve ever met. Horrible communication. Wish I could give them less of a star.
