What a wonderful shopping experience. We were there shortly after opening and were promptly greeted by both Matt and Bill. Both were very helpful and not pushy at all.
We came in knowing what we wanted (a chair and a half with ottoman) and was able to place an order. Then we remembered we wanted a side chair for the bedroom. Bill kindly showed us around and even asked if we preferred to shop on our own or with him.

Tanner was excellent as a salesperson with Ashley furniture. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The choices available at the store are many and styles vary widely. Our experience was positive and we will shop there again!

We had a very pleasant experience at Ashley’s. I was helping my aunt pick out furniture as she does not speak English, Alainys was super helpful and was able to speak with my aunt in Spanish. She was very nice and friendly, and helped answer all of our questions and concerns. We ended up making a purchase. Great customer service by her and the manager.
