In a pinch, I needed to buy a suit, which at the time, felt like the last thing that I had time or mental capacity for. Melissa was SO helpful during my time at the Ann Taylor Factory Store and made a typically tough time much easier. She helped to provide options and fit feedback. I was thankful for Melissa; she made it possible to walk out of the store within 25 minutes of walking in with a suit that fit my immediate needs and one that I will wear again and again.

Donna was SO helpful to me in putting together interview outfit options. I hate shopping, but she actually made it fun. Together we decided what worked and what didn't, and then she found some other sizes that I needed in the Hershey store - perfect. I really appreciated her assistance. I will definitely make this my go-to store for business casual - not just conservative, timeless business style but trendy "you want to hire me" styling.

I want to Thank and Applaud Mary Ann at the Lancaster store. She found my lost earring for me after I tried on clothes and got home and I realized my earring was missing. I called her and she searched for it and found it! She provided excellent service and had it at the counter in a sealed envelope when I drove back to pick it up. Kudos for going the extra mile and for your kindness, Mary Ann!!! I so appreciated it!!!

I was nonchalantly shopping like normal on a nice Friday evening. Everything is neat I calmly went and tried on my clothes. The employee checked to see if I was ok. Later on I invited my HUSBAND in the fitting room to look what I was wearing. The employee rudely told my HUSBAND to leave the fitting room or be inside with me in the changing room. No please no I'm sorry. He was literally standing there for one second. When we went to buy our stuff she left register in a hostile manner. And the other lady was nice enough to allow us to purchase our dresses. Hopefully she treats everyone with no bias nor judgement in the future.
