My son and I went here today to get his rayban glasses fixed. The frame came apart and a nice lady working fixed them. She had dark brown hair and glasses and we really appreciated her service! They were fast and did a great job! Thank you

I should have listened to the reviews. I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam and new glasses it was canceled in the middle of the night by a random phone number that I wasn’t even sure it was them. I rescheduled my appointment for two days later and they called thirty minutes before my appointment and canceled again this time from their phone number. The reason for this cancellation was equipment failure. I was going to give them the benefit of doubt and reschedule for the third time but they could not even fit me in. The receptionist was rude never offered an apology . I will never deal with this unprofessional company again.

Scheduled an appointment for my mother in law for February 22, I had to cancel so thee receptionist was kind enough to something rescheduled for the 12 th of March. I show up March 12 and it was canceled because they had the wrong age . But I never received a phone call.

Went to order sunglasses went to pick them up they were glasses then instead of making it right they wanted to charge me 60 dollars more to polarize them which I already pd for and didn’t want to make it right. Manager would not show face and left employee to handle which had a poor attitude. Mind you when I was there to order the employee said my last name reminded her or a stripper stage name not professional at all and very hostile environment. When I get my corrected item I can promise you I will never be back to this establishment!

I was surprised that they charge per lens... not per pair of glasses. Each lens cost me over $200. But I needed glasses, so I'm stuck. Doctor does not review past chart. I had to re-explain my visual impairment history.

I was very disappointed with the service I received here. Both with the medical team and the front desk. Man who did the initial check didn't seem professional at all. He called someone multiple times to ask how do you do this and that, and he tried to assure me that everything is fine (multiple times).Horror came later at the front desk. Lady had a hearing disability or what I don't know (I don't blame her for that) but, she tried to dump the issues to me when the manager came to help. When I asked for the price, every time I got a surprising different price.Employee's were mean to each other and even worst to the customers. I am not coming back to this place!

America’s best? More like America’s worst. it seems like they don’t have it together here or they’re not working together taking customers out of order, talking trash about previous customers and customers on hold. I will not be returning to this location ever again not that it matters, but I was told on the 13th at 10:30 about 10:45 AM that I would receive a call in about an hour because the site they use for my insurance was down. I did not receive that call after an hour, and waited a whole 24 hours to call back because I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt even though it didn’t look busy, but they looked overwhelmed. I called back the next day and I’m put on hold for about five minutes before somebody gets on the line and says they’re gonna look into it the next person that picked up the phone told me that they’ll have to give me a call back so I asked if my information had been put into the system at all because I wasn’t trying to wait till after the holidays to have this go through and I was assured that I would get a call later on that day. I did not receive that call and took it upon myself to call back again, because I honestly have no Faith in the front staff the two technicians that did my eye exam were awesome but the front of house seems to be running around like chickens without heads with a simple five or six customers in the store. Good help is hard to find these days and so is a reputable business, it seems.dawn seems to be the only one who knows what she’s doing here .she needs help !

Both Brenda and Louis and Dr. Leong at the Lancaster store went above and beyond in helping get the best price for my glasses.They were patient and professional and not pushy.Best experience in exam and selecting new glasses

I went here on 11-13-23 upon arrival the receptionist asked for my insurance card and my daughters( the same) only to go through the entire examination and to go find glasses I like to be THEN TOLD THEY DO NOT TAKE OUR INSURANCE!!!! This is very unprofessional!!! I had to pay out of pocket for 2 eye exams WHEN OUR INSURANCE SHOULD have been checked once the receptionist took our cards!! This place is going to get money the ANYWAY THEY CAN!!!

I had an appointment back in May for my annual eye exam. My script did not change but I wanted to get contact. The actual appointment went fine. I was able to buy a new pair of glasses and those up the following week. However, I still have not received my contact. Called in July, they still weren’t in. Called again, still weren’t in. Called an 1-2 weeks ago and was told they were never sent to the lab for creation and were sent that day. Currently still waiting

I had an appointment later in the week and they asked me if I wanted to move my appointment up because there was a cancellation so I excepted the sooner appointment I get there I wait and wait and wait the woman has no idea what she’s doing walking around with her mouth hanging open. It smells horrible in there And when I asked if they were running behind the woman said not in the back but out in the front where I get my lenses it’s very very busy. Why would you have me come in if you are busy?

Despite chaotically busy, felt like I had complete attention to get glasses that looked good on me and order placed. Luis was extremely professional and thorough when I picked up glasses and got me the perfect fit!!!

UPDATE- America's Best got me back in for an appointment for a whole new eye exam. So while I had a bad experience the first time, they did their best to make it right. Dawn @ Americas Best Lancaster, has been very helpful. Unfortunately, the only way I was able to have the situation fixed, was to submit the review and have corporate get involved. I did try to talk to the store first.Original- I went in for a glasses and contacts exam. Both scripts changed. Well when I went to pay, the virtual doctor must not have finished entering my new script for my contacts. He had it marked to provide me with trials, they only provide trials when something changes. Well since he didn't do his part, I now have to wait another week to get back in. I told them a few times that the doctor told me my prescription changed. Instead of asking, they went with my old script. I am unable to see to work/drive etc. I called in a few times questioning it and I just didn't get anywhere. I wouldn't recommend America's Best.

They had some internet issues which I understand but they were running around so disorganized and kept messing up charts and switching staff in and out of the room. No one seemed to know what they were doing and they made me redo tests because they didn’t realize the other person already had done that test
