Steve was incredibly helpful. he listened to what we were looking for he had a complete understanding of his stock and how the furniture operated. Also, he never pressured us to purchase anything. Just let us make up our mind and give us plenty of information.

A little late on leaving a review but here is it. The brother & sister team that run this place are awesome.. They made my consumer & my self very welcome. They were very helpful. My consumer needed a sofa & they were very happy to show him the one he wanted. They went above and beyond to help out. There prices are pretty decent. Shae & Joseph were wonderful. I will definitely be back.

In May I was in your Lancaster PA store and saw the grey groovy living room was marked down again. My daughter saw this set earlier and loved it. Shea explained your layaway plan which I loved. When I came to pick it up Ron was most helpful in loading it for me. My daughter loves the the furniture and I was over joyed to give it to her. Not only did you gain a customer for life but I noticed your help wanted sign and now I’m proudly an employee.

I have to share this bad experience with this furniture store..I buy a sofa and love seat recliners in the store I even include the insurance for around 3 years just in case something happens I pay almos 1,800 dollars My sofa seat had problems where you sit went down I call the warranty they went and check and they decide to bring me other sofa recliner the peoples from warranty told me to bring the broke to store then they will bring me my new one the guy in store young men acting like he don’t want to bring me a new one and he call his manager and he said that is ok and he bring me the new one and he said that I have to pay the warranty again I told him I already pay my warranty so doesn’t make sense that I have to pay again because that’s why I pay the money the first time..My sofa is light use because we sit in living room occasionally is not like we sitting there every day or every time then after a few months that happens again I call the warranty and they said is nothing that the can do so that means they sell trash furniture I expend that money just for a few months that’s not right and is nothing that I can do about it because is in your hands and I have to stay with that broke sofa that is not a good quality because you sell it like that

The employees at the American Freight on Lititz Pike in Lancaster more than went out of their way to accommodate us. They were amazing and so helpful! They have some really great pieces of furniture and their pricing is more than fair. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Our furniture shopping experience was amazing, here. Steve and Shea made it so enjoyable that I'm sad I didn't go in sooner. They're perfect, not pushy at all like other stores and they're super knowledgeable about their options. Pricing is great and plans are very flexible. I had been putting off furniture shopping with my mom, because she's a bit indecisive, lol. But Steve and Shea are so amazing at what they do, that she felt confident enough to go without me and was excited about her experience with each visit.I honestly cannot say enough about those two. Patient, attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond during the experience. Delivery drivers were just as wonderful, too. I definitely recommend them for your next home furniture purchase! And I owe them some baked goods for putting up with my mom for 4 visits! ?
