I just went to this store tonight after getting my medicine at sunnyside and not only was I never carded, my id was never checked but the guy with the dark hair, heavy set with a beard was rude and made a big skeptical of me being on the phone with my husband. He claimed I wasn't allowed on the phone because he doesn't know if I'm buying for someone else but then why wouldn't he check my ID?? How did he know I was even 21 when he never carded me and it says it on a sign real big right as you walk in. You know what's not on a sign anywhere? That you're not allowed on the phone. Whoever owns this place, check your cameras. I have very light blonde hair, I had my hair down and I was wearing a khaki trench coat with black sweatpants and white vans. You can see in your cameras that from the minute I walked in, the man never checked my ID. He made sure he did all the proper checks for his Doordarsh order that came but not the customers that walk in? But it's a big problem to be on the phone? Especially now, being a woman. I like to stay on the phone with my husband whenever I'm traveling alone and I was alone in this store with a man who made a big deal of me being on the phone, why? Why did I have to be completely alone and isolated with this man as proper "procedure" but not checking my ID?? I was about to end my phone call and buy a bunch of stuff but I decided to take my business elsewhere and I suggest other people do the same because their stuff is way overpriced anyway, you're better off shopping online for the same stuff but cheaper. And you don't get harassed by the employees online either. Bottomed line, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I frequent this shop for all my vape/smoking needs and have been treated with kindness and excellent customer service every time. Employees have a great knowledge of all things related to vaping. I definitely will be returning. Probably frequently.

I came in to the store twice today, the first trip being my first time ever. I was in and out the first time. The second time I went I tried making conversation while browsing to explain what I was looking for. I was explaining what I had received as a gift from my girlfriend and what I wanted differently. After about 10 seconds of friendly conversation I was essentially told I was on strike two of using the wrong terminology and could not call it a pipe or bowl. It was not clearly explained that this was a law the first or second time. After slipping up and saying “my pipe at home has filters” I was told I can no longer shop. I respect the policy but make it aware much sooner. All of this happened as another customer was browsing with a dispensary item bag and taalking about wanting to get “f’d up” on delta-9. I was extremely disappointed with how business was handled and will not spend another dollar at this place on the same old stuff.

Should have read the reviews before coming here.. never been here. I was in the area and needed a new vape. Went out on a whim and tried a place and brand I didn’t know. Never again. Brand new right out the box tasted burnt. They did give me another one. Tastes exactly the same. Went back in because there’s no way you can really allow that at an establishment. But couldn’t even change the brand for me. THIRD ONE, tasted the same. He tried it and claimed it tasted fine. lol no. I would never sit there and try to exchange a vape 3 times for the fun of it. It is not fine and it tastes burnt and absolutely terrible. Please do not even bother ever coming here. Just so damn bad. And do not get the sour apple vybrant disposable vape either. I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review. That’s how bad it is. On top of all of that, while I was looking at the wall of vapes, she was standing on top of me, as if I’m going to rob the place out of their vapes. Just bad vibes and not a good experience at all.

I would like to provide constructive feedback on my recent store experience. As an advocate of company policies, I understand and respect the establishment's judgment if they are unwilling to make a sale for a particular product. However, I regret to say that the service I received was highly unacceptable and disrespectful.Specifically, I would like to address the behavior of the manager, who not only displayed a poor attitude but also had an unprofessional demeanor. It is important to emphasize the significance of customer service and the impact it has on customer satisfaction and loyalty. While I acknowledge the right to deny service, it is crucial to avoid belittling or disrespecting customers in any way.In order to maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers, I kindly urge the management to address the issue with the manager in question. It may be beneficial to have a conversation with him about the importance of excellent customer service or consider taking appropriate measures, such as additional training or potential reevaluation of his position.Despite this unfortunate experience, I would have given a three-star rating considering other aspects of the store. However, I strongly believe that improving customer service will greatly enhance the overall image and reputation of the establishment. Thank you for considering my feedback, and I hope to see positive changes in the future.

Make sure you know what your buying because there’s no return policy.Literally brought something and 30 min later tried to return a device unopened and unused and the manger had no compassion esp when there was no sign that said all sales are final

This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced poor service with them. I highly don’t recommend using your phone in the store or they will not service you. My complaint is about how they treat their guest especially regular guest. It’s so uncalled for and discriminatory
