Shadia Guzman deserves 10 stars. I haven’t had this kind of service in years. Shows empathy and understanding in my situation with the loss I had, helps me taking her time even when I see many customers needing her, she takes care of all of us with excellent service no matter how busy she is. Mutlitasking but still very detailed and all about the customer. I was very impressed when I told her I was worried about a lapse and she stayed in the office longer to accept my cash just so I wouldn’t lapse since I didn’t have a card. You might see her on 3 calls at a time but still doesn’t make a mistake. I finally found the right agent!

I have been with acceptance insurance for years and have never had an issue. The insurance agents answer and assist me with paying my monthly bill and any questions or needs with my policy. Between my husband and I, we have been calling all day attempting to pay our bill before it is late, and the online service is not working and the automated system is not working. An agent names Shania keeps picking up the phone and acting like she cant hear and hanging up... When my husband called off of his phone, he states immediately that he just needs to pay his bill. She stated "you can pay on the automated system or online" and hung up. I have NEVER experience this from acceptance insurance before. SO unprofessional and disrespectful. I dont know when she started or where she came from, but we are now thinking about switching insurance companies... maybe acceptance insurance just isnt what it used to be.

Ask for Shadia! Shes the best. I still cant believe how cheap my full insurance policy for my jetski and my business is. She made sure I understood everything on my policy and answered all my questions

Best office experience. All the other offices hassle me bad but everytime I call this office in Lancaster they take care of me no problems no hassles. Hospitality is unmatched and they have the best prices. Ryan or Ms Guzman will get you right

Do not use this insurance, it is of no use, Mrs. Sha Dia Guzman continues to send me a bill and they continue to charge the insurance, the accident is going to be 3 months old and they still haven't paid me, my blood pressure is rising, please do not go into that office 1649 south 4th st Allentown

It is rare to find this level of customer service. Miss Guzman thoroughly explained every coverage offered so I could decide exactly how I wanted my policy and was patient when I wanted to switch different things on my quote to get the right balance in price and coverage. I saw how busy they were and was surprised they still give each customer 5star treatment instead of rushing customers.

I’m really happy I found this insurance company. Shadia had no problem explaining everything I didn’t understand, and was patient with me. She asked me all the questions she needed to ask to be able to see what discounts I qualified for and still took care of me pretty fast.
