Unlike the prior reviewer - we were able to get in the gallery as they were open. Bought a Cocteau print, and the gentleman who helped us was more than pleasant to work with. I think he may have been one if not the owner. All in all - a fine gallery and above average outside of NY or LA.

Walking up to Wessel + O'Connor, it appears to be a tastefully renovated This Old House turned into a modern art gallery. Enhancing its curb appeal are huge front and side windows where passers by can see right into the gallery space. Unfortunately that is about as close as we got on Saturday of Memorial Weekend. Drawn by their postcard announcing the current Jim French Polaroids exhibition, we made a special effort to park, feed the meter and stop by twice during the announced open hours. Closed on what could be Lambertville and New Hope's busiest weekend after Gay Pride? A missed opportunity for Wessel and/or O'Connor. Too bad because it looked interesting from the outside.
