“Came in for state inspection and oil change. Crew was efficient and clear about everything being done. Bought tires for multiple cars over the past few years from here and staff is always great in walking you through options and finding the best deal. Also got to make use of the tire warranty we had purchased recently with no hassle. Road damage was covered as advertised. Will continue to bring business here.”
“I am hesitant to write this review because they are so good that it will get too busy once word gets out. Excellent communication, friendly, trust worthy, fair, patient with questions, and just flat out good people. Unless it is an absolute emergency, this is the only place I take my vehicles.

“I had a 10AM appointment yesterday to see why one of my tires had a slow leak. By 10:15AM the techs at Mavis had diagnosed the issue and we discussed my options. They were friendly and customer service oriented, which I find to be rare these days. Trevor, the service writer who assisted me, was exceptional and communicated effectively what had occurred and how I could remedy the problem. I will be back for service needs in the future and will recommend this location to my friends and family.”

“Highly recommend Kershaw and Fritz. They quickly and thoroughly solved what could have been a big problem. One of the tires on my wife’s car was leaking air after it had been patched earlier this year. They fit me in while they already had a tight schedule, resolved the issue, patiently explained the repair that was needed, and had me out the door in an about an hour. The gentlemen were also extremely courteous and welcoming to my one year old who wanted to run all over their showroom!”
“After a frustrating search to find someone who had the parts and the knowledge to repair the computer in our 2006 9-3 here in Berks County, we found European Motor Services. Jeff had the problem solved in less time than I spent on the telephone trying to locally find someone for service. One local “european auto repair shop”, told me to sell the car for parts…not Jeff! I don’t leave many reviews, but if this helps anyone decide whether to use them or not, Vince’s saved me literally thousands of dollars by finding a warranty stipulation that would cover my car’s cracked manifold. They researched, called my dealership, and even printed supporting documents for me to take along when I took my car in to get it fixed. I ended up getting the manifold replaced for free. I can’t thank you guys enough!!! Highly recommend.”

“Love this location. Every time I come the staff are friendly and helpful.You can actually find people to help you when you need it.The store is super clean and fully stocked. Came in for spring water since I won't be drinking the tap water in Philly since the chemical spill, although they said it's safe. And I was able to find just what I needed. I got me some big jugs for my water cooler and a few cases to have on hand. This is my go to store to buy spring water, they also have these really yummy rotisserie chickens for only $4.99 which is a steal! The chicken is always so tasty and fresh. I bring my mom here and we can both get lost for hours, and the prices aren't too bad. Spent $83 on my trip today but have enough water for a couple months and got some things for lunch, fresh rye bread, a chicken and some iced tea. It's a further drive then the Philly store- but it's worth it since it's cleaner, less people, fully stocked and has great selections of things.”

“I had Four New Tires and Breaks installed about 1 and 1/2 months ago and a I started to hear a squeak coming from the Front when I applied the Brakes. So I took it Back to Pep Boys and told Brad the Manager of the issue . He said no problem and had the Car taken into the Garage by the Mechanic who was going to work on it.i took a walked around the back after I was there for a while just to see how he was making out and was totally taken back the Mechanic had all my tires off and was hard at work working on the Brakes . Didn’t catch the The Mechanics name but when he was done and I Drove my Car out of there the Brakes never felt this Good . The car stops on a Dime without a Sound . So I had to write this Review to let whoever know of them Excellent Service I Received at Pep Boys . Highly Recommend ?
