Be wary of cost when shopping here. Very overpriced merchandise. After making a purchase, I found the exact same item at a store a few doors down for half the price. Yesterday I found the same item at a local store for 1/3 of the cost.

The soaps were four for $10, or one bar for $2.75. Was charged full peice for the four bars of soap, and after calling out the cashier, she said it's just tax. It was not tax!

My 3 year old son loves this store. It's his go to for the wonderful selection of rubber duckies. The staff is always so friendly to him.

Purchased two bars of soap ... $15 a piece. Walked three stores down and found the exact bars for $10 each. Decided to return the original bars and both the employee and shop owner refused to accept the return. Also refused to honor the lower price. She informed me that had I purchased a larger product, one that was packaged, she maybe could've done something. I bought two bars of soap .. both boxed. I left the store and walked back in a matter of five minutes and she wouldn't do a thing. Guess like chivalry, customer service is dead too.
FYI: If it's the Man Bar soaps you are eyeing, head to Sunshine. They sell them for $10 a piece. Save yourself $5. You're welcome.
IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE: First and foremost, do not assume that anything in your store is out of my budget. You wouldn't know my budget if it bit you. I just don't appreciate being ripped off. Anyone would ask for a price adjustment if they were in my shoes.
I don't care if you are a woman, man or alien ... Overcharging customers and not allowing for returns or price adjustments five minutes after a purchase is crazy and bad for business.
And, while we're on that note, no one, NO ONE, verbalized your policies to me. Sure, they could've been posted behind the register although, I didn't see it. Do not lie to save face. It was never verbalized to me, otherwise I wouldn't have come back to inquire about the return or price adjustment.
And, as for me, my family or friends, we won't be back either.
Shop elsewhere. Overpriced goods with poor customer service.

Even on a cold, rainy day when I was wearing heels, I still stopped at one of my favorite stores here in Peddler's Village and safely made it across the wet walk.The owner happened to be working that day, and she was great at helping me choose from some of her line of new products as well as favorites I have been using forever.I love good quality soap! And appreciate excellent customer service.

A day later and my daughter is still raving about the sugar whip scrub I bought her. She described it as soft and luxurious and smells like lavender and chamomile. Neat store with all sorts of bath related products. If you go there shopping for a gift, don’t be surprised if you walk away with a bag of products for yourself. Really neat place in beautiful Peddlers Village.

First off, I fell in love with their Mistral cologne! My other half was with me, so I ordered online... I live 4 hrs away. When you receive a hand written thank you for shopping a small business.... that made me smile big! So thank you! Fast shipping, and great products as always...
