Signs look like the place is closing. Very empty today with closed signs up and 30% off entire store signs. Staff was removing racks. Always liked this store for Phiily apparel.

Posted that if you purchase 2 or more shirts get a free shirt. I bought three shirts and woman said no because they were running an unpublished sale. What a bunch of cheats and crooks!! Never go there, worst service! The women behind the register were rude and talking about everyone.
