They have an amazing selection, true. The customer service was at best lackluster. Three times I was there and not once was I acknowledged when entering. It was a weird experience. A simple hello would've been nice.

Besides the wonderfully playful name, this store is beyond belief in selection and quality. I have spent a months looking for the right sized knobs for my hallway doors. (Four huge closet doors with 3 knobs/door!) After searching forever elsewhere, within moments I found a few options to choose from. Make the pleasant trip to destination fun center of activity and peruse this store! You will definitely find what you’re seeking.

Bad customer service and way overpriced. One pull here is $22 yet you can find one the same or similar elsewhere for around $7. The employees just walked around and stared. No hello or anything. It's not worth the time.

We had a situation arise suddenly that required a locksmith, we were unable to lock the house with the key or from the inside. I called locksmith with knobs and knockers the next morning. I spoke with Dan initially and then Nelson. Nelson is who actually got us scheduled same day and that was certainly appreciated. Communication was excellent, work was completed efficiently, professionally and was truly refreshing to experience this level of customer service. Thank you!!!

I ordered $1,600 of knobs and handles for large kitchen renovation. When I went to the store to pick them up I was given 2 large bags. I asked the man that gave them to me if they had checked to make sure that I received what I ordered and he assured me that had been done. Everything I ordered was flat black but some of the items received were honey bronze. Obviously no one at the store checked to make sure that I got what I ordered.

We love this unique store, it always has something cool to look at, last weekend we had some family in town and we brought them here and they purchased cute signs. My husband and I always think about the different changes we want to make in our house and when we are ready, this is the first stop!!
