John and I met Cyndi Greenfield 21 years ago when we bought our first home. She instantly became a friend for life. Being a first time home buyer we were very nervous and not quite sure of the process and everything involved. Cyndi took extremely great care of us and within 2 months we were in our home. Six years later, we decided to sell that house and called Cyndi back. She sold our house in 3 weeks and simultaneously found our second home. Fast forward to 2024 and we called Cyndi again to sell that house and also find our forever home and she did just that in a matter of 60 days. When you list and or buy a home with Cyndi you are in the best of hands. She leaves no stone unturned and she will advocate for you to make sure you are getting the best of everything. She is honest and upfront and works sun up to sun down if thats what it takes to get you to the settlement table. My only disappointment is that we wont get to talk to her everyday as we have for the last 60 days now that we are in our new home because we truly consider her a friend and thank God for her and what she does. Dottie was incredible through every stage of the home buying process. I particularly appreciate how she did not pressure us in any way, but truly cared about what was best for us. She takes her clients seriously and is so kind and respectful. She empowered us to make the best decision and her insights and expertise were crucial to us feeling comfortable. She navigated a surprise need as we started to lock in our house that made all the difference in closing. I would absolutely be calling Dottie for any needs in the future!

After 20 years working as a photographer by trade, going into real estate was a completely new venture. I left 2 brokers within 8 months.I was starting to lose faith that real estate may not be for me.
