Judy is RUDE and I simply cannot believe she would be the front face of any establishment. From other reviews it seems she needs to retire or find a secluded island to fester…..

Judy is the least friendly employee at this post office. Don’t expect her to help you with any guidance on shipping methods and if you ask to use the stapler that is sitting right beside her, you’ll be met with an adamant “No, we don’t provide that service.”

Judy was very informative but also really in defense mode and for absolutely no reason. I came in and politely said I just had a few shipping questions. I wasn't mad or rude but her responses lead me to believe Judy needs to take a chill pill. Not a great experience.

Don’t go here. The old lady at the front is rude and unhelpful. PSA if you want your mail/package to be held here, it won’t be available for pick up at this post office because its with the Conshy Annex Driver until the end of your requested hold. This lady did nothing but give me a phone number that nobody answered. I left and went to Conshy post office and the lady EASILY called up the annex driver who said he’d deliver my package that day. Why couldn’t Lafayette do this for me? Conshy saved me that day and I will always go there instead. Don’t waste your time at Lafayette where this woman will do nothing but scowl at you.

Very pretty and cozy USPS with a very convenient parking space and location. One of its staffs were very kind and patience when I kept asking questions and helps to make decisions and completing packaging.
Just one thing...its inside has only two desks so it might get too busy for the peak seasons...

Had some issues getting mail delivered from the USPS Conshohocken Depot due to road construction. The Lafayette Hill office was a huge help in sorting out the mess and finding the missing packages. Shout out to Rondel for his all his help even though the office was about to close.

I've been putting up with rude Judy for years but the postmaster is now the winner of most discourteous service. I have a tremor and usually a helpful employee there fills out the Sendee information on my customs form to make sure it's legible. The postmaster said that was not allowed and when I questioned him about that he immediately became rude. I asked a another customer to help me and the kind soul filled it out. I then decided I better tape a printed out paper with the address to the package. I asked him for a piece of tape and he said no we don't give out tape. Just a petty and miserable man. Also, he never let me know that I could fill out the customs form online.

A small-town Post Office with a pleasant environment. Joanna is extremely friendly, very knowledgable and always helpful.

They always have what I am looking for in postage and sending packages along with tracking info can't get that any place else that I know of.

Very rude employee, with mean face. I know it's covid and there are rules we have to follow, but there is common senses and a way that you can approach and treat your customers. She was so rude, I was being real and asking her questions, she threatened me that she will call the police and than she screamed "GET OUT OF HERE"This is a government job and I am surprised you keep that kind of person to work in your facilities. This is a very poor and uncivilized attitude. As soon as I left I called the post office to inform them, but nobody answered the phone.

I had a client's letter go missing in Lafayette Hill, PA and I alerted them to it on Halloween. Someone there located the letter at 4am Sunday and then delivered it on Sunday afternoon. Incredible what some folks do. Not only is there a pandemic, but the most draining election ever to deal with and yet magic happens. I see you and I'm grateful ❤️.
