“i have rented a lot of mailboxes over the years as i have moved around the country a lot for work and i would have to say that this my experience here was better than most. First off the were quick to respond to my yelp message and once i found their webpage all the info i wanted was easy to find. Also their store has way better hours than i have found anywhere else. I went there that afternoon spoke to an associate got taken care of quickly was explained everything got my box situated. Also they have a great system of scaling up the services you need and what you are charged as your needs or business grows. So you only have to pay for the lowest tier in the beginning and then either keep that low fee or go up to a more expensive one as your services needed grow. In a world of businesses trying to overcharge u for almost everything they can this was a refreshing change. Hopefully this will be just the beginning of a long relationship with this p.o.box provider.”
“The customer service I received today Was absolutely outstanding that I had to come on and write an incredible review about my girl DJ.
I was coming from a nursing school close by preparing for a graduation last minute and quite anxious about the different parts that were going into making this happen for the students tomorrow.
Dj was not only an informative, kind and helpful, but she was able to manage all of that me and the customers with a smile on her face.
She has inspired me to never give up even on the hard days. To be busy with Grace, And I swear the entire time I was there everyone was like thank you Dj. You’re the best Dj. It was truly an honor to be serviced by her. She understood all of her questions never got impatient and helped us out patiently THE ENTIRE TIME!!!
I have never been somewhere where they did not let the customers the busyness and the multitasking get in the way of their customer service, but Dj was able to do all of this and service and the day with the smile on her face and on our face.

They also went above and beyond for me, not only accepting my particular requests for what I needed shipped, but then waiving some of the additional fees without even telling me. It wasn't until weeks later I realized they charged me less and it was a nice surprise compared to the usual bad surprises with shipping! 100% recommend them, and love how much they genuinely care about what they do. “ive been here multiple times within this month. its the holiday season and giving gifts to friends/family across the states (and even so far into canada) usually causes a lot of troubles each year. ive been to a few stores/postal services but this one is so close and has been very reliable so far. workers from other places get visibly upset when i notice i need to file through customs with them; this store, and the workers more specifically, have been extremely patient and willing to help me through any issue and problem. in this past two weeks i have been here twice (so far) and both times i was met with a worker named Johnathan (i hope i spelled his name right.) He has been so kind towards me and has the desire to help. even if i dont know what all of these abbreviations mean, or know a lot about how packages are shipped, i always feel welcomed when i go to this store. thank you for being so cooperative and compassionate, this goes to all of the workers here. i wish you all a warm holiday and a safe new year <3”
