My experience at Ivy Rehab in Lafayette Hill could not have been better. From the welcome I received from Melanie at the front desk, to my therapists, Jean Holland and Eric Goldsborough. The care I received was outstanding in every way. They went above and beyond in treating my total knee revision and sciatica.There isn't a higher recommendation I could give.

Really disappointing experience. They double-book you, so you spend a lot of time sitting around and waiting. They claimed they were in-network for me, but according to my insurance they are not. When I found this out, weeks later, and called them to ask about this issue, the manager said that this has happened repeatedly with my insurance, yet no one warned me. He claimed he would get to the bottom of the issue and call me back, yet never did. I ended up getting even another bill from them after all this.

I had a horrible experience with Molly Herting, one of the therapists who was very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. Her attitude, approach, and therapeutic technique are questionable.

The staff are always friendly and encouraging, challenging my mom to improve. The facility is bright, clean and well-designed. Park behind the building or in the large lot at the side, then enter through the rear door.

Excel Physical Therapy in Lafayette Hill was the best place I could find for my physical therapy needs.I highly recommend it.The location was very convenient for me and easy to access. Their facility was always clean and their staff is amazing. My therapist Nickie was exceptional, she is knowledgeable, kind, and professional.I am very thankful for helping me to recover from my injuries after my car accident.

As a new candidate for therapy I was assigned to Excel physical therapy. Good choice made by my doctor. My therapist is a wonder to behold. Everything and I mean everything was explained to me and what to expect on my first visit. No surprises. For me, I feel I'm at the right place for my problem. If ever in need for therapy try reaching out to Excel first. They also have different locations throughout the city

The Staff at Excel were Great at evaluating and designing a rehab program for my post surgery knee rehab. It couldn’t have gone better!
