I went to school at Kutztown University a while ago went back to visit and had to stop at Kutztown Bottling Works to pick up some of their famous birch beer and I didn't realize it till I got home but I got 1 case of 24 Oz 24 plastic bottles and 2 cases of 12oz 24 glass bottles and when I got home and looked at the receipt they charged me for 3 cases of of 24 Oz bottles. Not sure but I don't think they are the same price and I think you pay more for the larger bottles. I know I was at fault for not checking the receipt but they only scanned the bigger case and multiplied it by 3. This disappointed me alot.

CHECK THE DATES!
The new owners are not on top of the inventory. Don't get me wrong, the shelves are full but the new inventory in some cases (pun) is YEARS old.

They sell the classic Pennsylvania Dutch Kutztown Bottling Works root beer and my favorite; sarsparrilla soda--by the case.
They are a beer and soda distributor.

Nearly all of the Kutztown Soda is expired. What is not expired is soon to expire. I’ve mentioned this each time I’ve come but it doesn’t change.

I have gone to another beer place in kutztown but this place seems to have more of a variety and also they always have my husband's beer in stock and it's cheaper. I will continue to go there.
