I recently made an appointment for a Wednesday morning for “the works ““ the package service and realized it needed to be Thursday so I called and changed it. There seemed to be a little misunderstanding , but no questions were asked they took it immediately and within a half an hour, I was done and on my way, always enjoy talking to the sales manager catching up on what’s new. No pressure no high sales pitch. Just good conversation.

In a recent visit to Haldeman Ford, my husband took his 2004 Ranger for repair. On two occasions it would not start, the service department conducted several tests with no conclusive reasons only to change where he purchases gas..so far so good! In conclusion we were not overcharged and are very satisfied with Haldeman Ford's Service Department.

Have been going to Haldeman Ford in Kutztown since purchasing our truck there years ago. Great sales team, great service. Even after moving and having another Ford dealership closer we prefer Haldeman Ford of Kutztown.

Overall the experience was fine. The salesperson was very pleasant but was not enabled or permitted to make decisions without going to her manager, and the dealership precluded me from speaking directly to the manager, which seemed to be the old school, stereotypical car dealership sales routine. This seemed ridiculous given the car was ordered online negating any price negotiation. There didn't seem to be a very cohesive, happy team of coworkers. I was also surprised there was no introduction to the maintenance department. Ultimately all worked out and we are enjoying our new vehicle, but the processes at this dealership seemed a bit outdated and cold, with the exception of our salesperson.

When you're looking for a new or used vehicle stop by Haldeman ford of Kutztown. I'll be happy to tell you why you should they have nothing to hind everything is out in the open they are very honest trustworthy and they are there when you need them . You pay for what you're getting no add on cost by far they are the best. You don't believe me stop by and see for yourself.

As someone who dreads the 'Car-Buying Experience', I must admit, our salesperson, Tom, and the finance manager, Scott, were a pleasure to work with. VERY pleased with the price and the quality of the pre-owned Ford F150 we purchased. Scott got us a great rate and offered us the peace-of-mind of an upgraded warranty at a fair price.
