Went in for a few things, understaffed.... I felt sorry for the people working, they were doing their best. Only 1 cashier and customer service started ringing to get people out. I will wait an hour for a human to check me out, I refuse to use self check out... you don't pay me to be a cashier.

Clean n peaceful very surprised. All new clean freezers . Also cashiers opened soon as someone had to wait . Customer service great .

It open 24 hrs very clean nice workers but the cat food shelves are bad nothing to buy on tbe wet food ,it terrible some of the other things are out as well the place is little expensive but it always full in there

We shop early on a Sunday morning. There is only one cashier on at that time and she is less than competent. I would gladly use the self checkout if it was set up for larger orders. Each week I leave the store frustrated with the whole checkout experience. Maybe it’s time to switch to Weis.

Not a good place to work. They don’t give lunch breaks. Old manager lied to me about giving me full time and a raise, I got neither, just more responsibilities. Good coworkers though!

Worst giant in the whole berks county area, the Giant Direct is horrible. They do not care for the customers and their employees there. Destiny, the head of direct, is very disrespectful and not helpful at all. I have had many bad experiences there and will never be returning to this Giant again.

As I read through these reviews, it seems like this store has had problems with expired products for quite some time. How have they not come up with a plan of action to correct this issue is beyond me. I was just there today and I picked up to go cups of cream cheese fruit dip from the produce section. Trusting a normal grocery store who should be doing their dudiligance to have proper products on the shelf, I wouldn't think I would have to check dates. I get home, put the groceries away and sit down and start to eat this with my fruit and it just tasted off, really bad, so I check the date and low and behold the best by date was JAN 13th 24! The amount you pay for these products at this store you would think they could make sure the products are fresh... I will not be returning.

Just stopped to get help at customer service and the lady wouldn't help me because she said they closed at 6:00. I said it 5:30 and she rudely said well, we're closing at 6:00 and continued to text on her cell phone.

Glad it's there but dear lord it's pricey...boutique grocery shopping where a bag of chips costs $6.99.
