Very friendly and helpful. I went to get a watch band resized, but they couldn't get the pins out. They didn't charge me just for trying, and I appreciate that.

If I could give this business a 0/5 stars I would. They charged me for a necklace repair and it took 3 weeks to be done. Once I finally got my necklace back, it broke again in less than a week. They gave me attitude about fixing it again free of charge since they are the ones who messed up. I dropped it off again and it took 3 weeks for me to hear from them. I wish they had a warranty on their services since I had to beg for them to redo it free of charge. I would not recommend this business for jewelry repair. Not to mention the attitude over the phone when I asked for an update on my necklace.

Cannot say enough about the customer service and the quality of work. A stone from my antique ring fell out. They were able to repair it, check all the other stones, and clean it. Now it looks brighter and newer than when I received it from my fiancé four years ago. Exceptional job.

Awful and expensive. "Fixed" my grandmothers bracelet with a stronger clasp and it broke the next day and I lost it- went back to tell them and they had not a care in the world. Tried them again to fix a necklace and they gave me an outrageous price for something so simple. Overall rude and expensive for cheap work.

The customer service is as wonderful as the jewelry selection. They were very helpful and really listened to my style and showed me pieces that matched my style. Having worked in fine jewelry myself in the past, I knew what kind of quality I was looking for. They absolutely have amazing quality stones and gems in their jewelry. Would recommend going their for every special occasion and gift giving need.
