“Throughout the year, I frequent multiple local post offices for business and each location has pros and cons.The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless.Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages.Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting!Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location.Great service here always!!”

“This is the post office that we receive our mail from, it's further away from our house , we past two other post offices to get to this location, but that's what it's like living in the part of the Poconos we live in. Our mail lady is Flora, and we can't have enough great things to say about her. She is spectacular. We have had her for 20 + years. We would like to give a big SHOUT OUT to her and all the other essential staff for all there hard work everyday , especially during this pandemic.”
