This is the worst tax repair experience I’ve ever had! Kandy is a very confusing person and she is not honest when she can’t handle a problem, specially if you have any issue with the IRS! My husband had a past tax issue with the IRS and she apparently had knowledge about how to solve the problem but we were hanging on the situation without any resolution for over a year, until finally moving on to someone else that helped us and was honest about everything and knowledgeable about working on issues with the IRS! Finally IRS issue solved quicker than expected! If you have problems with IRS specially past tax don’t waste your time with this company because they don’t know what they are doing! Don’t believe kandy! She doesn’t care at all! And she may say things to make you feel guilty and bad about yourself and your situation that you are trying hard to make it right!

I have known Kandy her entire life. I trust her and her company completely. They return calls promptly and trust me she gets plenty from me. I by no means understand anything to do with taxes and when she’s says ok LouAnn what did you guys do I know she is rolling her eyes at me. She’s the best. She has save my husband and I so much aggravation and her advice is spot on. Not always what we want to hear but in our best interest. You will never go wrong with Stearns and Company. They are fabulous.
