I took a package into the PO for an estimate on 4/15/2024. Vanessa, the postmaster DID NOT measure and would not give me a printout of the estimate. I mailed the package on 4-25/2024 and she charged me an additional $4. Because of the size it apparently required more than the $21.65. Don't rely on her estimates for shipping.

I've never had a negative experience at this post office. The staff always greet me when I come in even if I'm just walking in to check my PO Box. For a small post office, they keep it moving!

Miserable rude staff. Good thing for them they are union. I live in a rural area in Virginia, same size post office the employees are so nice. The contrast is staggering. I guess it's just a philly thing.

We have used this Post Office for decades, since it’s location across the street by the Wawa to it’s current locationThe staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. The area has grown a lot since the 1980s but this Post Office has always kept its small town flavor if you take the time to get to know it

What a great post office! Everytime I come here I recieve professional service & much needed help. I sell frequently on Ebay and have to come often & each time I am happy with the service I recieve. Giselle is TOP NOTCH. The USPS should be so proud to have an employee of her caliber - always helpful & courteous.

One of the worst post offices I’ve ever been to. If you ship out of here expect your packages not to be delivered. It’s like they vanish as soon as you hand them over. Ask what happened and you get “I don’t know”.

This post office needs to be reviewed by the regional manager, This is one of the worst post office I’ve ever been to in my life and I dread coming here. The employees are disrespectful and uninformed, this entire place needs to be re-organized.
