I called and within the hour they were there to tow my jeep. Richie was absolutely amazing and so helpful. They had my car fixed and ready within 24 hours. Everyone was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you again for everything. Would highly recommend and definitely will.

The staff at J Crew helped me during a very critical time. Richie, the mechanic who repaired a battery issue with my Honda Accord, explained to me what created the issue and how it was repaired. I have searched for years for an auto repair place that was fair and honest. I will not go anywhere else. The team at J.Crew is awesome. Being a minority in a world that is still very discrimitory I feel safe and respected in this establishment. Their prices are unbeatable. Towing and recovery to full repair of the issue. My wife got stuck on 33 and Al recovered our car safely despite being broken down in a very bad place.On top of that Al brought the car back to his shop and worked with me to get the car fixed quick. He used OEM Toyota parts on my request and got me out the door with a fair price and good workmanship.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Great shop. Pricing was fantastic, and no "up selling" of unneeded repairs. Let me know about some upcoming service I would have to do soon, but no push to get it done there. Pleased with the quality of the work. Will definitely be returning for any work needed in the future.

After spending a nice getaway in the Poconos, I broke down on my way back to New York. I initially wanted to get the car towed back to NY via AAA service. I was told no available/capable companies could provide tow service into NY. A short time after I received a call from J-Crew Auto who were capable of getting my car back to NY. Long story short, they found the issue (broken rotors and caliper) towed and fixed it at their shop and I was on my way. I highly recommend this shop, great service and very friendly team.
