Absolutely amazing! Had a blowout on the highway(luckily we are not dead)! Rescued us from Interstate 80 when Hertz could do nothing to help us but tell us to call 911, this after waiting on hold 4 over 45 minutes. Jeff even drove us to get a hotel in town. ? there are still good people in the world!!!

$45 to check an engine code??? Multiple auto repair and service locations in the surrounding area do this service for FREE. Take your car elsewhere if you need to get a code checked and honestly, I wouldn't trust their business practices if they're going to charge $45 for something that takes three minutes!!!

Worst Experience ever, this gentleman, and use the term loosely, exhibits a complete lack of respect for fellow human beings. I have worked with some slim balls before but this guy takes the cake. You are better off getting out and pushing your car than calling him. It will certainly save your wallet and your time. DO NOT USE THIS GENTLEMAN'S SERVICES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED!
