If I could write a review and give zero stars I would. I have lived other places and used both big chain pharmacies and small town pharmacies, and I have never had as many issues getting my medications as I have had with Klingensmiths in West Kittanning. They do not do what they say they will, make excuses, and rarely have my medications when I go to pick them up. These are tumor suppressors, not ibuprofen. I cannot miss doses. They have a lackadaisical attitude and no respect for the customer. I have given them several chances to redeem themselves and have been let down everytime. I would not recommend Klingensmiths Pharmacy to anyone.

Awesome drug store at the West Kittanning location. Everyone is friendly and they are super prompt and are great at communicating with doctors. The only drawback is that they close early, especially on weekends and they do not have online refills.
