Since corporate bought them out, they have untrained service people for lubing a vehicle and unless you are dealing with the actual manager the kids that work there have a know it all attitude

In and out. Oil changed fluids checked. I do my own when the weather is nice but we were going on a road trip (unplanned) and needed the basics done quick. Can't beat it.
