Came yesterday chris messed my phone up more then it was came back today for Kayla to fix it and she also had two others she had to fix due to chris when Kayla called to ask for help he was mad she was calling him but I know to only come when Kayla is working cause she fixed his mistake with no problem

My husband and I just switched to cricket from xfinity mobile. Chris helped us switch and it was such a fast process. We love our service so far!

I have been in on 4 separate occasions, from a destroyed phone to phone operator help, and have been greeted and served with a smile and plenty of knowledge and options. Great place and people!

So many extra fees and they get it anyway they can. My phone's should have been like 280 but I paid 398 and then they forget to change a number like I asked....wanted 15 dollars for that. 2 "cheaper" phone $ 417. I bet when I take them back my refund is like 260 lol.

I stopped in today for some assistance. The gentleman in this store was multitasking I feel to the best of his ability. He was assisting one person in front of me and was able to also take care of what I needed and answer all of my silly questions. I hope Cricket will give this man a raise or promotion. He is knowledgeable and obviously good at his job. I enjoyed his polite nature and willingness to help as many people as he could. If your looking for help I would visit the kittanning Cricket store by Walmart.

Don't know how to answer their phones when you need customer service. Their phones freeze up, they break easily, and volume is super low.

Didn't have the phone in stock and was told to return the next day. Returned and told the phone was not delivered. When i did pick the phone up the salesman had limited knowledge on how to transfer data from one galaxy to another. According to them if my pictures and contacts weren't backed up in gmail then they couldn't be transferred. That was wrong as I later found out doing my own research. Way too much time was spent in the store with no resolution to the issue and a good chunk of money spent on unlimited plan, new phone, case, and screen protector. ?

i wish I could give 0 stars the man was so rude and disrespectful. I needed help with a SIM card so he basically called me stupid asking if I had read what the notice had said, then tried to sell me another SIM card to try to get me to leave. I was nothing but kind I didn't even give off a mean tone. Rude, rude, rude. I couldn't imagine being in that field with an attitude like that, I work retail myself. someone needs a little more patience or just down right fired.
