“I love Sheetz. It's convenient. I like that it's open all night as I have insomnia and I'm up and about late. I've made many 2am trips for milk, coffee, lottery... The employees I seriously think all need retrained on the lottery... They basically are clueless is something unexpected happen. Like the kiosk took my money but tickets didn't print... I was told I had to call the lottery myself to get it resolved. Yeah. No. I worked lottery myself in the past. And the customer always gets their money back and we were the ones calling to figure out how to fix the problem... Customer service has gone down the toilet in the past few years. Not cool at all. What happened to " the customer is always right?"....”

“Great store for a pitstop, whether it's gas, food and/or bathroom break. The associate's are very helpful and friendly. I always stop here on my way to Pittsburgh and back home. Thank you for being a great place.”
