Clint followed up with me once he got his hands on my car to see what it needed, and together we came up with a plan that worked with the shop's schedule, my purse, and the safety of my vehicle. AND they put the cherry on top with little extras (like - the Car Clinic water bottle in my cup holder when I got in my vehicle, a nice touch) My reg/insurance papers were just floating around my glovebox and they equipped me with a sweet plastic sleeve with their logo on it, just to help me keep it together in this hectic world and I appreciated that! They were able to send it to their New Holland location (no extra cost) for the repairs we needed. They updated us via text about the progress and kept us informed. Got my bike in gave me progress calls on my bike and when to pick it up. Treat your bike with the most respect like it was his own. “These guys are great. I brought my 2008 Yaris in for an overheating problem and they replaced the radiator. I didn't understand the bill and they walked me through my ignorance on the matter calmly and politely. The prices are fair, the mechanics are professional, and they know their trade. “We just moved our office to Intercourse, and I wanted to have my 2014 Ram inspected by someone local. I drive by the shop every day. So I called, made an appointment, shared my email and cell number, and they texted me an estimate for 4 new tires (very convenient). My truck has over 200k miles. It needed 4 ball joints and some other work. It was the week after Christmas, and they had to get all the parts. They offered a free loaner car! Wow, that was awesome, and they even did a basic wash for free! I got my truck back when they promised, and it looked great! Thanks, Guys!”
“When traveling through PA, hundreds of miles from home, we noticed gasoline leaking from the bottom of our car when filling up.
The folks at Synergy very kindly accommodated us, and were able to successfully repair a gasoline hose between the filler tube and the tank into which a rodent had bitten a hole. The repair was a temporary one, since a replacement hose was not readily available, but they were able to get us back on the road so that we were able to complete our trip visiting family and friends, and were able to get home safely. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again. The people of the Strasburg area are very lucky to have Synergy Service Center in their community.”

“Took my '07 Legacy to Tim with failing head gaskets after they had already been replaced 50k before by a dealer. Tim replaced both gaskets for significantly cheaper than the dealer, and fixed all other minor issues with the car including fixing the power steering o ring which the dealer destroyed on the last head gasket go around. More importantly, he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why.
I would highly recommend Tim. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and genuine. If you have a Subaru, you know where to take it.”
“Just over a year ago I made the four hour drive with a friend from Richmond, VA to New Holland to Martin's to buy a truck I had only seen online and via pictures and video messages their salesman sent me. To say I was nervous about going that far to buy a $28k truck from a dealer I had very little info on us an understatement.I am happy to say that the truck was 100% as described and Martin's was great to work with. They were fair and honest. I love the 2016 F250 that they sold me and it is exactly the truck I searched for.
