They claim to be 24 hrs but not really. I went at 8am and stood at the door for about 10 minutes ringing the doorbell and calling the number and no response. I needed a paper notarised before school at 8:30 and ended up going to UPS around the corner and they got the job done.

Don't waste your time. I went there for a simple notary. The door is locked and had a note saying call the number I called no one answered and even waited a few minutes and nothing. Never got a call back or anything. I suggest going elsewhere.

Sounds suprised and annoyed when you call the phone number on the door, as if he doesn't know he runs a notary….bizarre.

I called Z&B on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could help with a title transfer and registration the next day (Sunday.) Very easy to get to, fast service, fair prices and just a pleasant gentleman to deal with. My title and registration card arrived within a week. Would highly recommend!

I went here after going to American pie title and tags and I’m glad I did! They were so much more better to work with! I highly recommend Z & B notary and tags! Respectful and professional!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I called Z & B at 7 pm to get a title transferred and he said ok. I went to his office and met the men that were buying my car just to find out that they didn’t have the cash, (they were stopping at the bank on their way over there, that’s what they told me) I sat in his office for an hour with my patients ruining thin. Joe kept his cool and had the patience of a Saint!! At last we left at 8:25 pm. If that were me, I would have handed the paperwork back and said I would have to come back. I couldn’t have asked for better service!! Thanks again!!!

This guy is a miserable, always grumpy, not at all knowledgeable about how to paperwork properly. I would not recommend going here always bad experience.

It seems that your still having a bad night sir because you sound angry in that text, even if I was rude which I wasn't, as a business owner you should always stay calm and and remain polite to your customers.. and illegal...lol really sir not only are you rude but also a liar, I will definitely report all this to the better business Bureau
