Peking Chef is our favorite Chinese restaurant. I rate a restaurant by its dumplings & theirs are the best. Great service. Reasonable prices for the portions (usually enough for 2 meals). Ihighly recommend them.

Filled with what looks like mostly boutique type shops with very limited hours. That Peking Chef restaurant seems like what keeps customers visiting there. The center itself has an abandoned Wilmington Delaware on a Sunday type of feeling to it.
