The facility was clean, and dogs look well taken care of. However, there was a little girl with her mother, and the little girl was harassing and screaming in the dogs faces and jumping at the puppies to scare them, sicking her fingers in the cages. No one at the facility said a word. I couldn't watch anymore, It did make me think how much trauma the dogs go through, just from irresponsible customers. I had to leave.

Purchased my Sadie here. Wish I had picked up her brother at the same time though. 4 years later, Sadie is doing great. Best pet ever owned.

I went there to the pet shop to look for a puppy, and I fell in love with this puppy PAPTESE, black and white Jeffery that works there help us. He really likes his job and takes good care of the animals. I love my little Nicko. ? ?? puppy boy

Young girl at counter is a joke. Couldn’t be bothered and wouldn’t let us see the dog our daughter want to see. She asked if we are buying it? Well, isn’t that why we are here and why you sell dogs? Needless to say, the Dickson city employees are a tad more pleasant. We will be buying elsewhere based off this place’s ignorance. Train your employees better. Disgusting client experience skills. Not even a greeting upon entry.If I’m paying over $2000.00 for a dog I want to introduce our family to it first. The other negative reviews I was skeptical until we witnessed it first-hand.

Purchased an absolutely perfect Rottweiler from puppies and more two years ago. 125 pounds of perfectly placed muscle, short wide snout, wide head, robust chest and amazing temperment.

This is an excellent pet store. Idk exactly which ones (as in the names) but there 3 total. this Kingston loc, one in wb on main st, and also another store up by the price chopper in wb idr what that street is. Anyway, they are all affiliated with each other, just an fyi. So, if store A has one male of a particular breed chances are store b and c have the other brothers and sisters if they didnt sell yet. Just something to remember. if you like a particular breed but not that specific animal ur looking at, they may have other options at the other stores.Anyway, my English bulldog is now almost 3 years old. His b day is 4 20 18 lol. Hes a super happy and very healthy English bulldog. His height, length, weight are exactly where they should be in respect to the breed. A male is only supposed to weigh 55 pounds max and hes hovering right there maybe a pound or 2 more. (Hes not the super unhealthy fat show dog that weighs a min of 20lbs more than its supposed and lives to 5 years old at best). No health problems. No skin issues. Amazing personality. They had a few of them, one male sold before i got to see them all. He had 3 sisters there (within the 3 stores) and him. All the staff said he had the best personality n he def does. He really is the best dog ever.My sister used to work here for a few years when she was younger and knows the owner and knows the process more than others and also how he operates. I wouldn't have purchased this dog from him if i didn't agree with where he purchased his animals and esp certain breeds he is very particular about, i cant stress that enough. If he wanted to make many thousands of dollars a month hed always have English bulldogs for sale but he doesnt because he cares where they come from.A dog that was damn near 4 grand, is not cheap and I could go to any reputable breeder myself across the u.s. and get a dog with awards blah blah blah. I chose this store because it was obviously convenient. Just happened to have a dog I wanted when I was looking and the colors that I personally preferred.I cant say enough good things about this store. Amazing owner with great employees and well cared for animals. Thank you.
