I had a great experience getting a quote, tires, inspection & installation at the Kingston, Pierce St location. Flor & Bryan were quick and helpful and walked me through the process. They also were very friendly and explained everything the shop did to ensure the car was road ready! Our tire pressure light came on after installation but was an easy fix. Thank you again for your quick and efficient service to my vehicle, we will be back for services in the future!

I was extremely dissatisfied with Kost tire on Pierce st in Kingston. I made an appointment for my daughter's vehicle to have the exhaust repaired. The appointment was for Thursday, they had it until Saturday and never even brought it into the garage! They never even called to let me know. I called Friday without a call back and then again Saturday when I didn't hear from them. Needless to say...we went and picked it up. I'll never deal with them again.

What a great place to deal with. Bought 4 new tires for my truck and Flor was so nice to talk to. Excellent customer service and the best price around for tires. Flor went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Also explained all the added benefits that come with a tire purchase. Discounts on oil changes and 1/2 off state inspections.

Once again, the great guys at Kost on Pierce Street took exceptional care of me earlier today. When I arrived, the guys promptly asked how they could help. I explained that I had a leak in my tire. They told me that they would promptly check it out and a few hours later, I was up and running. No hassles - just their customary exceptional and prompt service. The folks at Kost truly are a pleasure to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend them to whomever needs quality car care.

I have always had good experiences with Kost especially at Pierce Street. I was in today for service and Flor was great! Flor has taken care of me in the past and I was glad to see him there today. He got me back on the road in no time. Whenever anyone asks about a mechanic I always recommend Kost. Flor is great as well as Brian and the rest of the staff. It’s a place that you can trust because of people like them.
