I want to say thank you so much to the team at Jack Williams on getting me on the road safely, even though I spent my day here on my day off the men here really made me feel comfortable since I didn't have my dad home too do the work like usual! Thank God mom told me leave pep boys! I recommend Jack Williams over pep boys any day. They had parts ordered and delivered here to get the job done! Went over and beyond and treated me like family! Thank you Billy for everything, appreciate you!!!?

Not sure what to think of this store. I feel like they really have been yanking me around. They keep your car all day even when you make an appointment, their inspection sticker machine was broken a few weeks ago, which is fine, stuff happens. However, trying to get my inspection stickers has been a nightmare. Was told to come back another time, this time I’m currently stuck waiting in their waiting room for a mechanic to come back and put the sticker on. This is three times now that I’ve been waiting for my inspection sticker. I honestly have no idea where the good reviews from this place come from or if i’m being discriminated against for some reason.

Got all new tires on my impala and an alignment. Billy was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to addressing other issues I had with my car. I will probably only ever come here for any future needs that they might be able to assist with!

UPDATE 10/26/2023: THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING!! NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS!! REPORTING THEM TO BBB, FTC, AND PA INSPECTIONS DEPARTMENT FOR INTENTIONAL FRAUD!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH JACK WILLIAMS OR MAVIS TIRES!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!***** Received a phone message, not from their customer service representative I was supposed to speak with, but a call FROM THE PERSON WHO LIED ABOUT MY CAR!! THEY THINK I WANT TO SPEAK TO THAT PERSON AND THAT NOW THEY’RE GOING TO BE TRUTHFUL?!? Starting fraud reports.Went in and had an inspection done and they told me my transmission mounts had failed and would be $600 to repair. They were quick to offer me financing since I could not afford that repair. I took the car to a transmission specialist who examined the mounts and said there were no problems with the mounts whatsoever. So, not only did Jack Williams take my $35, they failed my inspection by lying and tried to make me purchase unnecessary repairs. What a scam!UPDATE: They said my front rotors were bad as well. I can do the job myself, so I went and got the parts and replaced them (although they didn’t appear badly worn). I took the old parts to another repair facility that examined them for free, and said there was nothing wrong with them that they would not have failed inspection. The pads were only halfway worn, and the rotors had no major grooves or pits in them. I called Mavis service number and they were sending it to another person who will call me back. We will see how long that will take! So, in short, they said, I needed repairs that I didn’t need, they failed my safety inspection, because of the lies they said of the repairs that were needed, made me spend money to repair what they told me was faulty (which were not faulty), and now I still need to purchase a vehicle safety inspection.Time to notify PA inspection licensing department and the BBB and report this fraud!

Exceptional business! I was in a pickle with needing a flat repair on a Sunday. Nobody, including me, wants to work weekends - especially Sundays! To my suprise, the tech and front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to help me and my family! Very glad to know that good places with good people still exist. Thank you Jack Williams!

I had a nail in my tire and decided to go to Jack Williams. Not only was the staff incredibly kind and helpful, but they got my tire patched in less than 15 minutes. The mechanic even came out to show me what was stuck in my tire. Would recommend!

I came here to get a flat tire patched. The service was excellent and they got it all done in less than 30 minutes for no charge. All the staff were kind and helpful, I would definitely come here again

I was towed there after getting a flat tire after exiting the cross valley. They first stated they told me they were going to put the new tire on the back and move a back tire to the front, which they didn’t. No biggie. Then upon getting home ( I live an hour away and was in Kingston for an appt), my husband who is a mechanic, checked the tire and 4 out of the 5 lug nuts were extremely loose and the 5th one almost broke his hand trying to screw off. I appreciate how quickly my situation was handled, but I would’ve liked it handled correctly. Especially since I had my 6 year old child with me. As a woman I trust people not to take advantage of my situation. I’m glad I have a husband who knows what he’s doing.

Got a fair price on tires on phone and set up an appointment. Frank was the person I dealt with; courteous, helpful, and fast service. Will continue to be a customer.

Excellent service. Stopped in to have slow leaking tire repaired. Ended up being a cracked rim. Frank recommended a welding repair facility who specializes in such issues and had the technician remove the bad wheel and install my spare. Highly recommend!
