Recently had my car serviced here, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team went above and beyond, fixing the issue quickly but also providing thorough explanations and tips for future maintenance. Great attention to detail. They also followed up afterward to ensure everything was running smoothly. Rare to find service that truly goes that extra mile.

As long as they are open and willing to deal with my quirky little 1999 trouble maker I will continue to come here exclusively. their prices are fair and I trust that they aren't just finding things wrong that need to be fixed. I had a continued issue that they recommended I have the Kingston location take a look at. They called the other shop directly to relay everything we had tried to fix the issue. I love the communication and they are always so friendly. I will always recommend them to friends and family.

This is a great service station. I live outside the area but have needed them twice and they came through both times. Once was a dead battery and they put up with me being late while I waited for AAA. The other time was an oil change. They did a great job. They also did a free multipoint inspection and reminded me about my state inspection due in 2 months. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. They have a night drop off which is very helpful. I highly recommend this service station. My mom has been a loyal customer for years and always had a great experience as well.

used to wait for hours at JW. Drove by JW & they are gone. After 4 yrs of trusting FF I am wondering why. I think they all start out doing honest work. I always paid in cash. No more. The internet full of comments people doing their own car repairs. No more mom & pop.

My car’s throttle body went bad and they were quick to help me get back to driving. They are accommodating when it comes to payments which helped so much. I had to bring it back because of another issue and they were able to fix it and make it run better than ever.

Traveling and sprung a leak in our tire during the snowstorm. They worked us right in and fixed the tire in no time flat…wouldn’t even accept payment. Kindness to take us safely home. We can’t thank them enough!

This is the only place I will take my car. Everyone here is amazing; they're super nice, do great work, and most importantly in my opinion, are very honest and trustworthy. I would, and do, recommend them to anyone needing work done.
