Fantastic customer service.We bought a dehumidifier which started to leak. I brought it back to see if he could help me fix it and he swapped it out no questions asked!!

The place was a bit of a mess and chaotic, but I did get helped and loaded up quickly. We Got an offbrand window unit, and it's barely hanging on a year later. It's getting a lot of use, but we hope it lasts for the rest of the summer.
