Seriously understaffed . Stood in line for 15 minutes just to be told I have to go to a different teller !

I’ve been to this bank 3 xs in one week and today I thought WOW THEY ARE CLOSED AGAIN ON A MONDAY???? Then a teller appeared out of nowhere the place looks like a ghost town :(
