They got right on to my repair, no delay. They made sure i was taken care of and i was very happy with the install. i have a mkz and am very particular on who works on my car the technician was very polite and knowledgeable. i made another call, to compare ya know and i was not sure these people were the ones for the job. they couldn't shine the ,"lite", on their service to be done. felt like, just another sale but not at, arrow. professional from beginning to end. thank you

Terrible customer service! The sales representative by the name of Courtney hung up on me twice because I was asking specific questions regarding a vehicle. She claimed I was arguing with her because she didn't know the answer and became frustrated. I called back and she said that they cannot help me and that she wasn't going to argue with me. I will not call this company again for any quotes and I do not recommend doing business with them. I've actually had a windshield installed in the past by this company and it was also a bad customer service experience as well. For these reasons I will not do business with them in the future.Services: Auto windshield repair

Long Story Short....i owned my truck for just 2 months and ended with a cracked windshield from a summer storm.My auto insurance was great handled the whole thing set me up with Arrow for a replacement.2 days later new windshield along with that a nickel size hole in the A pilar less then 4 inches away from the windshield.This hole is the first thing you see from either inside or outside of he truck.I talked to the tech who did the install he assured me it was not him and it was not there during the installation. Ok so in less than 10 minutes this hole formed on its own.Called the company direct dealt with a very nice lady who handles complaints.A couple of email exchanges and two pictures of the damage area she quickly concluded it was not there fault. Not only was she very nice but also very smart. She did not even have to leave her desk she determined at some point a Go Pro Camera was mounted there.What stock 4 cylinder Nissan Frontier doesn't have one of those Right!Be very careful using this company I would NOT recommend it.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I can’t speak on behalf of the service because it hasn’t happened yet. However the customer service is AWFUL! I had an appointment for this morning between 730 and 9 AM, they never showed. I called and they said the tech called me but it didn’t get me however I never received a missed call. I was told they were calling the manager and would call me back. I waited half an hour and never got a call back so I called back. I was placed on hold for ten minutes. Then I spoke with “Denise” who was trying to be very matter of fact as I explained my frustration. She was very rude, I asked for a discount as I was scheduled to have my car inspected today and now I can’t and she said they can’t provide a discount because they already are cheap. I said the tech never called me and she said do you want a screenshot of his phone? I am going forward with my now rescheduled appointment because I need it done but I will NEVER use them again and I suggest no one else does either. Horrible business and Denise should be ashamed of herself for how she talks to customers.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Within a week my windshield was detached from my car leaving it unsafe to drive. I spoke to Denise who told me that it was only cosmetic and not that big of a deal and that they could maybe repair it in a couple of days. This company should not be used EVER!Services: Installation

Worst business experience in NEPA.They claim to have location in Kingston but they don't. They installed windshield on my Nissan, they scratched up the trim around the windshield when they installed. Then windshield cracked after a year and half, they gave me the run around to just come see it. By time they came to looked at it, my windshield has cracked in different directions. Then they told me that my windshield got cracked because it was hit with something so it is not covered under warranty. Mind you I have a picture of it before it spread and it cracked while seating in parking lot runnings defrost, it started from the bottom of the windshield, and everyday I drove it keeps getting bigger and turn direction.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called Arrow Auto Glass last Friday to replace auto glass. They said they would come by Monday. When they came by, they ordered the wrong glass and told me that I had to wait until Friday. I was upset, since I had visitors to drive around a week without being able to see through my back window, and I slammed the door when going back into my house. When I called them Friday morning at 8:30 to confirm the visit, they said they were coming, but then put me on hold to "review with somebody", and then said they would call me back. Five minutes later, they called back and said they were canceling the job because the person who came Monday "felt threatened." By a door slam?! They did say they would call me back to see what they could arrange. When I called around 11 pm, I asked if someone was coming out. They put me on hold to check, but I was transferred to voice mail, which I left. At 4:45 pm I called and I was told that the sale was voided out because I told them that I didn't want to wait the additional four days. Fortunately, I have a Safelite appointment tomorrow morning. I'll have to pay an additional $100 but I doubt anyone here will be afraid of a 55-year-old disabled man.

The repairman damaged my car, accused me of not wanting to pay and lied to his manager. They offered a 25 dollar credit and told me that if I refuse the credit that the repairman would remove the windshield and leave my vehicle windshieldless. I called the cops who stated that it was a civil matter but I should pay them because they did the work and to sue them in court. Very disappointed. The manager was the worst. He yelled at me and said “just pay my guy” twice and hung up the phone.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Worst customer service ever. The order for the windshield was put in great but when asked if I can call back it I miss the call would it be OK I was told yes. Next day they would be here I was told so we said oh yea we want that. Later in the day get a call no windshield availability need to wait till Thurseday. We then wait till Thurseday I get a call and I am getting my kids ready and out the door for school I miss it I call there... Now my service is canceled when I call back but it was not even and hour later and besides that there is not another available until Tuseday of the following week so technically we would be waiting a whole week for a service to get done .. When we could have continued to call around to find service somewhere else if that was the case...
