They dumped a mattress at my businesses' location which should've been delivered two counties away. Now their "service mahager" won't take or return multiple calls.

I can’t say I’ve ever had a worse shipping experience. Delivered part of my order, and lost the 3rd and most important piece. I called multiple times and everyone just kept saying they couldn’t find it. When it was finally found, they showed no urgency in getting it out to me. Delivery driver was nice too but maybe the worst logistics operation I’ve ever had to deal with

Placed an order with IKEA and scheduled a delivery for one of few days I knew I’d be available the whole day to wait for the delivery. IKEA contacted me to tell me that an item in my order was missing or damaged and would send it another day. I was still expecting the rest of my order and waited the whole day but never received it or any communication that it was not coming. A few days later the one item that was missing or damaged came but the rest of the order did not. I waited until I knew I would be home for an entire day to schedule a new delivery date. I was told it would be delivered between 2-6pm and that I would be notified 30 minutes before delivery. I was never notified 30 minutes in advance. No one knocked on my door or rang my doorbell. I received calls from unknown numbers but do not answer calls from unknown numbers and no voicemails were left so I could not tell if those calls were an attempted delivery. Eventually I did have voicemails, one from XPO saying the delivery was unsuccessful and one from IKEA saying there was an attempt to get in contact with me and the team would wait 15 minutes before moving on to the next location. I called back and explained that the first voicemail and evidence of attempted contact I had was from seven minutes ago saying the delivery was unsuccessful, no one tried getting into contact with me prior to that, and I’ve been home the whole time. The lady on the phone corrected me and said they called 12 minutes ago in which case the team still should have been here and I should have been able to receive my delivery. Terrible service. Very unprofessional. Waste of time.

My package arrived at their service center for more than 2 weeks. They never try to deliver it and delay the delivery again and again. I call their customer service everyday but they never provide a resolution and just told me wait everyday. And they hang up the phone. What?? Excuse me?

0 stars - The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a logistics or delivery company. They don't communicate, don't properly update statuses on their website, lie when I ask for updates (except for when they say that their drivers never deliver on time), and are extremely unprofessional. My delivery was scheduled over a week ago and I still haven't received it.

Waited all day for my shipment with a 4 hour window 10am-2pm...called at 1:25 pm to ck on delivery and was told I would not be receiving my shipment due to truck being late. You could have notified me and I maybe I would not have lost a whole days production in the field. Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!! When asked if my order would be delivered Monday Ashley told me her crystal ball wasn't working so she didn't know. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!Now my HVAC guys can't install my the heating system on Monday as scheduled. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!Development and Designs LLCFinally received Monday. DAMAGED of course. Thx a lot guys

I got a call from the company to set up an appointment for delivery, the shipment didn’t arrive for another 2 days. I made arrangements to receive the shipment within the 3 hour window both of those days and it never arrived. Of course no one even considered to inform me that it’s not coming. I also specifically asked a few times to give me a call an hour before, so I can make sure I’m there to receive the shipment. Needless to say, that request was completely ignored. If you have any other option for shipping, take it!

Shipment never arrived day scheduled for delivery. When delivered 1,600.00 of merchandise was damaged. Poor poor customer service. Thx Ashley for being so unprofessional. I'll be sure to send u a crystal ball that's works since u said yours was broken and didn't know when I'd receive my delivery.Unprofessional and malicious. Use another service at all cost.

Absolutely disgusting company. My delivery was supposed to arrive on May 31st between noon and 4 pm and they called me at 4:45 pm after I left work. Their customer service is so unprofessional and speaks in terrible manner. They rescheduled twice on June 2nd and June 3rd and yet didn’t deliver it. Absolutely horrible!

XPO failed to communicate properly, very unprofessional, tried to leave my washing machine outside my door which I refused, didn't deliver, didn't remove the old washer, and still tried to charge me which I refuse to pay and am contesting - what a pain - Please, Lowes, stop using XPO - they drove my business away from you and I was a 20-year Lowes customer
