Joe, Marta, and the rest of the team are amazing! They have been faultless advocates for their patients and are always readily answering their phone within about 10 seconds at most. No complaints, just wish that Caremark worked with them.

I think of Wegmans Pharmacy as part of my team of excellent care providers. Their service is prompt & friendly & their pharmacists are very alert to any interactions a prescription might have. If a prescription is expensive they call before filling & work with the provider to find an alternative. Whenever I’ve needed vaccinations (COVID, RSV, Flu) they set it up then & then or quickly scheduled. If I have a question or concern the pharmacists & staff do all they can to give me the best information. It’s such a relief to have them on my team.

Not sure their phone is working. On several different days, I was on hold for over 15 minutes and gave up. Considering Wegmans is known for being a great employer, you'd think that would trickle down in the form of great customer service. Or, perhaps they're so great that they have no time to answer the phone due to the the crowds of customers right at opening when I called?

Good selection. Fair quality. They charge you for bags each visit. That seems unreasonable, especially given their overall very high prices.

Extremely horrible customer service, the manager is insanely rude and I have been a long time customer of this store. I will never be shopping here again and if anyone cares about customer service and employees who have a clue what’s going on, I would advise readers to do the same

The staff are very friendly and helpful. When my script was too expensive they checked my insurance, other comparable meds to discuss with my doctor and even suggested I check another pharmacy that’s affiliated with the medication. I was very impressed. I felt she was empathetic and did all she could to help.

My first time at Wegmans and it was a decent experience. All the produce looked fresh and tasty. The bakery and buffet food looked delicious and there's different kinds of snacks throughout the aisles. The s'more candy apple was not good to me but it was worth a try. The chocolate covered dates were pretty good. One of the workers did follow us around the store.

We used to live in GA, where there's no Wegmans in our city. When we move to KOP, I was happy to discovery Wegmans. It's a beautiful store, but prices are definitely on the higher end. It's also big, so sometimes it can be overwhelming to navigate through the endless aisles. The Asian section at Wegmans is very decent, well stocked with Asian food, sauces and snacks. They used to have "sweet soy sauce", which disappeared recently and I hope they will bring it back soon! One drawback of this Wegmans is: Sometimes you'll encounter certain customers, who obviously think way too highly of themselves, who appear arrogant and rude for no reasons. I'm sure they are wealthy, making a lot of money, but seriously it's unnecessary to act like that at a grocery store. There are many inexpensive items I can afford to buy too.

My first Wegmans adventure, and I might be in love. For years, I've heard friends and colleagues talk about the amazing WEGMANS. I finally get it. The sub I got might've been better than Pub Subs . Great selection of fresh product and produce. A soirée of delicious looking baked goods. The teas and subs were the highlights of our trip.

Very first time at wegmans and The lady at the front counter is crazy and very rude i was trying to buy a slice of pizza when someone random started talking to me the lady tried idng me which is just ridiculous but after saying i just came in for a slide I didn't bring it she didn't let the person behind me buy what they wanted and then started talking to me about other customers this was on Friday October 28th 2022 at 5:10 pm

This store cannot keep anything in stock and their Instacart shoppers are terrible. They don't bring you the stuff that you ordered and then they charge you 8+ dollars to deliver four items (not including the tip) because they don't bring you the things that you order. I ordered 40 items and received 5. I paid $9.50 in total fees to "service charge" to receive five items. And the worst part is they don't tell you when you check out what the service charge will be - you don't see that number until they've delivered your five items and you check the receipt. This experience has left such a poor taste in my mouth I will never shop at Wegmans again.

This location when it first opened was amazing. Great selection, reasonable prices and excellent quality. In recent years it has declined starting before the pandemic. The opposite of is prevailing of its initial high standards. While not the worst place to shop, there are better options in the area such as Costco, Target, and Whole Foods. I love Wegmans and hope the return to their original quality and better prices as it no longer makes sense for this to be my primary shopping location any more.

This supermarket is very clean.. nothing is on the floor.. staff are very attentive and responsive. You'll enjoy shopping your groceries here. ( all you'll have is a good experience, smiles of staff and good products quality).
