The Visionworks store at King of Prussia PA was a great place to get a pair of glasses. The Doctor Who examined my eyes was awesome and there was a large selection of glasses to choose from. I would highly recommend choosing Visionworks for your eyeglass needs.

During the eye exam, I was recommended the retinal screening. I said No. Then the option for dilation was presented. I again said no as I needed to drive back home. I sign a few forms before the check-up. During the check-up, I wanted to know what each machine is used for and I realized that I was signed up for retinal screening despite of me saying NO two times. It could have been an honest mistake but I said no twice. Because I asked, the other person was quick to correct and apologized. So be careful what you sign up for. Insist on prices and question everything.

I am a recurring client that has received the same excellent care and attention year after year. What I appreciate most about the KOP location is the longevity of the doctor and eye specialists which means they are all seasoned when it comes to dealing with insurance and getting the right look and fit for you in less time than most stores.

KOP TEAM ON 2/3/24 SPECIFICALLY: Amazinggggg customer service from the day I walked in to inquire to the day of my appointment! Not only did I feel completely welcomed & comfortable, I felt like I was hanging with friends throughout the entire visit. The lady that helped me set everything up is a new mall friend to me just because of her awesome energy & REAL personality! The guy that did my eye scan was very polite & made sure i understood everything. The Doctor I worked with was just as friendly & polite & made sure I understood everything as well. After my visit I can say I hope to always be able to go to that location to work with those specific people they were AWESOME! & you can tell they all work well w/ each other which you dont see often at all. One piece of advice now that im thinking back is I cant recall any of their names, may be me just not remembering but Id say maybe try putting more emphasis on making sure customer know your name becauseI REALLLY wanted to shout each person out individually! They even communicated with each other to speed my process up because the manager im assuming let them know that I had to be to work soon & made sure I was taken care of just the same as any other customer but in a timely matter to make it to work in time.They deserve a gift of appreciation!!!!

Taking a star off since I couldn’t find exactly the type of frame I was looking for. But they were clear to me about how my insurance applies to glasses and sunglasses and what my options were. I see that as sufficient to rate a place well - active transparency and simply doing the job they’re supposed to.

I had a lovely experience today getting my exam and contact prescription. I have never used contacts before and the man who taught me how to put them in was so patient and kind. It really did take me a while and he did not seem frustrated/rushed at all which made me feel all the more comfortable. Tai’Janai at the front was so helpful getting me checked out. I had a very pleasant experience with her and everyone at the store. Overall I felt comfortable and that my concerns were handled with compassion and care.

While leaving this Visionworks, I told the staff there “This is some of the best customer service I have ever had”. I walked in planning to schedule an appointment weeks away to get contacts and I walked out with my own pair, thanks to the efforts of everyone there. Everyone did everything they could to give me the best experience possible, and it absolutely was. Niyahle was very welcoming and helped me to get on the calendar for an appointment for the same day. Dr. Seo (I believe) fit me into her busy schedule for an eye exam and was very nice. Daeshawn was very personable and friendly while I was waiting for my exam. And Tai’Jani was both patient and helpful during the fitting and made a phone call after to ensure what glasses I was eligible for. This was all within an hour at most, if that. Everyone collectively established the ideal environment I feel any and every customer looks for.

Was just refused service because I was 8 minutes late, tried to call store multiple times and wasn’t able to reach a person. Was told the next appointment is already here and the doctor “wants to leave after that”. Sorry, you allot 10 minutes for a new patient vision exam for new prescription glasses and contacts? Also, my appointment was an hour and a half before closing, so I guess they just don’t have a doctor around that late.Update: the store finally reached out to me, but only to tell me I was incorrect about my arrival time (I’m not) and that I was their last appointment for the night and they leave at 6. A couple of things here, not sure why they’re arguing about these details, if I arrived MUCH later, but they leave at 6:00, they wouldn’t have seen me. I SAW the next appointment when I was there, and my appointment was at 5:40, they close at 7:00. Why are they only giving 20 minutes for a new prescription exam, and why do they all leave an hour before the store closes? They might as well have not reached out because calling me to argue with me and accuse me of lying honestly just made things worse. I’ve been using vision works for over 10 years and this is by far the worst location, I have never had these issues elsewhere.

I believe she may be the manager. She was really sweet. She had blond shoulder length hair. Very nice. She made my experience seemless and quick. Since I moved back from ATL I've been coming there and I'm always welcomed warmly. Great customer service

My first reaction was that this process was going to take long period of time. While your store was busy, we were treated as though we were the only customers there. They gave us that much attention.
