Very inconvenient return experience.Went to return an item last week at 6:50 but they were closed. Sign on door said closes 7pmWent a second time and they wouldn’t return the item without the credit card used (which I don’t carry this particular card on me) ……Even though I had a receipt and when they scanned the item it matched as purchased to my ID.Vince clearly lags behind other more convenient competitors carrying their own label.

I love Vince clothing. The staff were very helpful. Colette helped me twice and different occasions - made it very easy to do price adjustments and ordering clothes. Sally was very great too. The only suggestion is where the register is- it’s in the same corner as dressing area. Though there isn’t a lot of fluctuation of guests, I would like to not be in the way. But I do understand it adds a sense of privacy to the customer when verifying addresses and personal information. Maybe something to consider for the store.

All staffs working there very nice except the manager who is never has smile on her face, Went to store 2 time and too tired to see her face that was someone steal her boy friend
