They make it very hard to buy a pair of shoes or anything for that matter. I pull a shoe down from the display, ask the attendant if they have this in my size. They give me a blank stare, grab the shoe out of my hand, and check the display model size, “no this is a 10.” So I proceed to ask, do you have any other sizes, I received a blank stare again. I grab a different shoe, “do you have this in stock for that size?” Once again, a blank stare, and a mumbled no. Do you want to make a sale or not? Walked out and bought three pairs from a different store.

The staff is incredibly disrespectful. At least the young lady working the front of the store for sure. I simply asked why they were limiting access and she said due to limited staff. That is completely understandable. After that comment she then decided to add on “and because we feel like it”. Her arrogance was extremely off putting. After that we decided to just walk away and buy shoes at a different store. That individual shouldn’t be dealing with any customers

The rotund woman who works there is rude and disrespectful. Had airpods in the whole time and wouldn't sell me sneakers. Should be fired!

Just left Villa and the customer service was awesome. We were greeted the moment we walkes in. Jaquan and Charles offered superb customer service. They were also very knowledgeable when it came to product knowledge. Keep up the great work

The Villa need to get more big and tall for men because it's a lot of big guys out here who's just big and tall if they have more big and tall stuff the store would be all that and more better selection on men's wear instead of all this tight clothes stuff
