Horrible on shipping time. I paid for next day shipping and didn’t receive anything for 5 days. It’s a scam to pay the $25. Just do standard shipping. Then I had to email them 4 times about my order. I ask for a refund for my shipping fee. In which they did not return. Horrible customer service. Just buy it from your local store.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered an instock bat on 5JAN and it's now 14JAN and the bat still hasn't shipped (I also paid for overnight shipping). Forget about getting any response from their site messaging option, as I've sent multiple messages and never one response. Call them and it's a Voicemail option? Save yourself time and if you see in at a retail store, buy there as anything from them directly is a nut roll.

The guys at Victus are great. They spent time helping my son pick out the right bats. The facility is top-notch. If you are looking for a wood bat don’t go anywhere else. Pricing was really good too. Left with 3 bats and one custom(shipped free to my house)

Bought a Victus baseball bat for $250 bucks which broke 13 days after the warranty period ended (warranty period of 45 days), emailed Victus to try and get them to warranty it, they said no, they would not warranty it as it was passed the warranty period , I don’t know why they can’t make an exception to the 45 day warranty period when it was just past that date by 13 days! I won’t buy another Victus bat, not the quality I was expecting for the price I paid. 45 days for a $250 bat won’t even make it through one season. I don’t mind buying a new bat every season but not every 1-2 months. They should have a better warranty, the pitch that cracked the bat was not even on the handle, I get an inside pitch that hits the handle but this was close to the barrel. Oh well, learned an expensive lesson. Victus should have a better warranty for the prices they are charging for these bats! Buy a BAUM bat instead.

Ordered a bat and paid $15 for 2-day shipping. Ordered it on Wednesday morning. When I received the tracking, it was due to be here in the Midwest on Monday. When I emailed Victus to ask about this, instead of offering me the $15 for 2 day shipping back or helping, I was told "if you look in our terms and conditions, you will see it can take up to 3 days for us to get the bat out" but then what is the point of 2 day shipping?! paid to get it here in 2 days, will be receiving it in 5! and was told I didn't look in their terms and conditions hard enough. Now my nephew wont have the bat for his birthday party.. WHAT A JOKE!

The order was simple. Colors on the bat are not as close in person. Wish I would’ve picked black over the gray handle. Customer service is terrible. Never answer the phone

My son’s bat cracked after less than a month of use. The company would not issue a replacement. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

Victus has THE WORST online customer service known to man! Doesnt matter what industry they are the worst ever! They don't respond to messages. Website says 1-3 days for in stock items and won't ship for over 10 days. Waiting now for an order placed on the 1st. I go through this every single time I order from them! Love the heck out of their bats but online customer service is absent and SUCKS!! DO BETTER VICTUS!! PEOPLE WANT UPDATES ON THEIR ITEMS!! Doing all those hitting videos you need to go help them ship some stuff out!! Be a team!!

What an unbelievably awesome company this is that truly cares about customer service and satisfaction. I ordered one of these bats for my son from a retailer and although the bat was great, it ended up feeling too light for him after he got to use it in cages. I contacted Victus and they said bring it into our showroom (since we are close) and he can feel the other bats and exchange it for him. That is unbelievable customer service and really caring about us which is amazing. My son just used the new bat he reveived in exchange in the cages and was so stoked at how it felt and how great it was to swing and, even more than normal, he can't wait for the season to start. Thank you Victus!
