Not sure what it is with all these post offices being closed without warning and there isn't any notice on the doors. Says it's open and clearly no one is here and we're out in the cold waiting to send our packages out to do business, but nope. They should fire everyone and hire all new staff that actually want to work.

Pros: love having Patricia help me whoever I come in. She is an amazing person and a wonderful employee.

Edit; IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS ASSOCIATE, GO TO W. VALLEY RD, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE POSTAL SUPERVISOR, AND THEN FILE ONE THROUGH USPS.
The main associate here is a nasty, narcissistic type who condescends and talks down to people, and then claims they're discriminating against her.
My favorite was when she accused me.of disliking her because she has an accent. (I'm trilingual, and learned English as.my second language. My entire family is made up of people with accents)
She also gives out false information; I was literally at the valley rd post office yesterday, in line behind someone that she had sent there under false premises because she didn't feel like checking for his return mail at her office.
While I've heard that "The situation is being handled" and similar canards, she's been there for quite some.time, and many complaints from locals. There are a number of folks in the area who simply.wont use that annex now.

Not friendly customer service. The employee working at the desk was pretty rude and pretty much rushed me by telling me to “hurry up”. I was shocked by the bluntness of her statement.

I rarely go to the post office however I was in need of some items the other day. The worker waiting on me was somewhat rude appearing to be annoyed with me. It took her 10 minutes to even wait on me. One of the labels would not adhere to the envelope so she stated that she would tape it. Several days later the letter was returned to me due to not having a label. I was the only person in the office so the problem was not due to lack of assistance. It is pathetic that overall customer service is less than optimal in most businesses today. The lady waiting on me was an islander with Jamaican accent. In the future I will get my postal supplies from the market.

They took a lunch break from 11 am to 12 pm. (The office opens at 9 am). There are 15 people in line waiting. The clerk came back at 12:20. This happened not the 1st time here.

I have been trying to call king of prussia office for a month no one ever picks up the phones. My son is a trucker he mailed a big box off from there location it's been a month and he till have not received it. His name is Brian Franklin, the box was being shipped to Georgia he lost his paperwork date mailed was 5/18/2024 at 12:25pm if we could get some help please.

USPS has to be the worst delivery company in America. Why does it always feel like pins and needles just to get them to delivery your package? it’s never a problem with UPS or Fedex , why is it always USPS? I ordered something off SHEIN and it shows it was delivered to an agent for final delivery at 19046 and I assumed this is the location they were talking about. I called but of course, no answer. Not sure why it was delivered here and not MY LOCATION. this is not rocket science. Just deliver my package and keep it moving. if you're not going to delivery people’s packages at the right location, then why do the job? I don’t understand.

Like others have said the service here is terrible. The lady with a shaved head is really rude and incompetent. She gave me completely false information and had an attitude the entire time.

Refused to stamp our mail restricted even though it was. Given attitude the entire time. Clerk 06 purposely gave conflicting information to draw argument.When verbally corrected on USPS policy and procedure since we mail this particular item consistently; was told "that was what I was going to do anyway". Although she never done so.She made sure to let our employee know how "rude" they were, even though they have video of the whole encounter ?.You can expect a complaint to be filed from us!

Closed 20 minutes early. Does not follow actual business hours. Employee ran to the back as soon as they saw me walk up to try and hide.
