USPS has to be the worst delivery company in America. Why does it always feel like pins and needles just to get them to delivery your package? it’s never a problem with UPS or Fedex , why is it always USPS? I ordered something off SHEIN and it shows it was delivered to an agent for final delivery at 19046 and I assumed this is the location they were talking about. I called but of course, no answer. Not sure why it was delivered here and not MY LOCATION. this is not rocket science. Just deliver my package and keep it moving. if you're not going to delivery people’s packages at the right location, then why do the job? I don’t understand.

Like others have said the service here is terrible. The lady with a shaved head is really rude and incompetent. She gave me completely false information and had an attitude the entire time.

Refused to stamp our mail restricted even though it was. Given attitude the entire time. Clerk 06 purposely gave conflicting information to draw argument.When verbally corrected on USPS policy and procedure since we mail this particular item consistently; was told "that was what I was going to do anyway". Although she never done so.She made sure to let our employee know how "rude" they were, even though they have video of the whole encounter ?.You can expect a complaint to be filed from us!

Closed 20 minutes early. Does not follow actual business hours. Employee ran to the back as soon as they saw me walk up to try and hide.

Went to the PO at 9:00 Saturday morning and the woman could not have been more rude. Just wanted to buy some stamps!

I had been treated with racial discrimination yesterday by an African American clerk who has short-cut hair at counter. She handed me the receipt without the destination on it, so I asked it. Then, she turned her attitude into arrogant and disrespectful with yelling. Furthermore, she did not apologize after correct her mistake. I wonder why the management doesn't educate their employees properly.

The workers make their own lunch hours and leave for over an hour even though the business says it’s open and doesn’t have lunch hours. I understand being understaffed, but I have never been to a Postal Service that just closes in the middle of the day because the workers want to close.

Do not trust this post office with any of your packages! They have already been nailed for stealing IRS checks and now they have stolen several of my packages!! My next phone call will be the police department this is unbelievable. Do not trust them with your packages especially at Christmas time. There is a clerk there named Patricia that I am certain is stealing packages! She has a rotten attitude and can't be bothered doing her job. Do not trust this post office with anything important.

Waited for 15mins at 10am because the one person that was working was on "break". Five other people were waiting as well.The bell was also broken so the lady waiting the longest had to shout to get the assistance.

FYI they randomly close in the morning for lunch even though the post office website says they're open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. See attached photo.

Was going to post about an employee being horribly rude but I see a bunch of people beat me to the punch. She is beyond staff training, she needs to be removed. I don’t care for my job either, doesn’t mean I get to be horrible to people about it. Get a new job or get over yourself. Experience with her alone brings this down to a one star rating which is unfortunate as there may be good things (or staff) in this place (which I haven’t yet seen) but her miserableness overshadows it all..unless you’re looking for a Karen’s diner (they insult you and you pay them for it) experience then have at it.
