My package shipped internationally from the USA to KSA quickly, without any issues.It reached KSA the very next day after the label was created, and it took only a week to travel locally inside KSA and reach the recipient. Plus, custom duty cleared in a day!The staff were very helpful and they knew exactly what kind of paperwork was needed to clear the package (Customs, etc.) at the desired location.My package was also handled with care. Excellent service!

This is the first time I’ve used this store to ship anything. I usually just drop off my Amazon returns here. I went to ship a box that weighed 4.2lbs according to their scale to Washington state. The clerk measured my box. Did a bunch of typing, etc and came up with a bunch of prices depending on the the cheapest of course. Not guaranteed for Christmas delivery. I get that. I shipped it. But I looked at the receipt when I got back to my car and it had the dimensions of the box and it said the billed weight was 14lbs. I went back in and questioned the weight and got some yadda yadda yadda about their system and that’s how much it costs. After getting home I went into the UPS app on my phone. I put in the address and weight and the cost should have been $23.38 not the $45.72 I was charged. I will NEVER EVER use that store again except to drop off my returns or my already labeled and paid for at home packages.

This location is trying to price gouge people. The sales clerk told me my package would be $50 to be delivered to the location in four days. Of course, I refused to pay that and asked for the cheapest option, which was $17, and was delivered in 2 days.So I paid $33 less and my package was delivered 2 days sooner. Seriously, UPS, you should be ashamed of yourselves trying to take advantage of people like that. I will not use your service again.

The staff here are incredibly rude and really don’t care about customers. They are more concerned with talking than helping people. I usually use UPS for returning Amazon packages. Since the staff are so rude, I’ll just use the self-service kiosk. If I have any use for UPS beside using the kiosk for returning packages, I will just drive out of my way and go elsewhere.

I had to print and notarize documents. It was very busy at the store and the team did a great job making sure customers did not wait long and received great service.

Do NOT ship to this location, they will charge you $10 per package to pick up. My spouse and I have a small business and travel the country selling merchandise. We had our items shipped here and held for pickup. When we arrived we were told of the fee. As we have not experienced this at any other UPS store in the country, we asked if it was specific to this location which the staff confirmed. It would have cost us $15 per box to have the packages held at the convention center. Complete waste of money. Heads up to any other potential customers.

Every time I come here the staff are very rude. Additionally, the website should update all the changes that UPS has made recently, such as that if you schedule a fbi finger print appointment with them, it’s no longer done in their store because they got rid of their equipment. I showed up and they talked to me as if I should have known that I needed to go to tripleA instead of their store, even though my confirmation email said to go to the UPS store.UPDATE: Your UPS appointment will not transfer over to the AAA !!! They are not partners and UPS cannot do anything to help !

Pretty incompetent- they aren’t familiar with basic services that UPS offers. Employees all seem annoyed and are NOT helpful. Same goes for the lady manager. Come here if you absolutely have to, but you’ll most likely have a better experience somewhere else.

Generally fast service here, but workers here are unfriendly. I’m usually greeted with just a blank stare and no hello. Everyone I’ve encountered seems to be annoyed when you have returns from Amazon. I’ve had eye rolling and just visibly annoyed. I’m not really sure why.

Lost my last package for a week due to operational conditions(it’s summer). No one at ups know what this means or can help me out . Each phone rep for 4 days of calling gives me different answers and sees the package in different locations than the UPS site tells me. No rush at all to get the package to me once it was found. Horrible customer service.

I love this store! I have a P O Box where I receive all my mail and items bought online. I find it very efficient.The store has SO many services. I make all my photocopies there as well as having my documents notarized.Lastly, even though the store is really busy, the staff there is so polite, wonderful, friendly and efficient!!I would give this store ten stars if I could!!!!!!

I left a 1 star review 5 years ago. I am changing it to a 5 star review now. I have used this store twice in the last month and have received excellent service and guidance on how to ship different items. Even when busy, they acknowledge everyone and keep things moving.

I have had numerous excellent service with this location. I came in yesterday for an Amazon return and being a woman in her 60’s I was having technical issues. The girl with the short blonde and black hair took her time to explain how to get a code and even helped me fix my iPhone brightness problem. She took her time and was extremely patient with me! Even made me laugh at myself! 5 Stars!
