Customer service was amazing! All staff was happy and willing to help. The women checking me out was so cheerful. Another women helped me with skin care questions. I regret not asking their names!

This is a highly toxic store. The management and a number of loyal employees are not trustworthy. They easily manipulate and take advantage of team members. It’s not a surprise the turnover rate is high. I’ve seen a number of hard-working employees fired or mistreated to the point of needing to resign for their mental health. Anyone looking for a job here ought to think twice about this location.

The staff are friendly, offering to help without being pushy. I feel very comfortable going to anyone asking for assistance even if I don't have a clear description for what I want. They patient take you to different areas and product lines until you find the right one.

Today I got apt with this stylist
I think she still learning ?!

First time I go for hair service
Will be nice the explanation but I not want to say much
But I was very unhappy
And scare that she will need to use the scissors on my hair ,having my hair short
will have been a disaster one more mistake
I ask for the manager
She got Sharay fixing my hair
Wow what a stylist great job ??
Before even grab the scissors I know
She will fixed my hair

I have an affinity for Ulta because I am a former employee. I went to this location for the first time and everyone was so helpful. I want to send a shout out to the Beauty Advisor Melanie. She answered dozens of questions and gave honest answers. She didn't push a specific brand. She made recommendations across all brands that would meet my preferences and desired outcomes.

This review is for the hair salon. Booked a Thursday appointment with a "diamond stylist." They called Wednesday, one day before the appointment, and said they had to move my appointment to Friday. Seemed odd but I agreed and moved my schedule around to accommodate the last minute change.
On Friday, I arrive at 8:05 for 8:15 appointment (30 min drive). The stylist decides to call out AT the appointment time right at 8:15 (not before), after I had already driven and arrived at the salon during rush hour.
Not only that but they had me in the system for the wrong service. Apparently, when they moved my appointment from Thursday to Friday, they forgot half of the services, so I wouldn't have even had time to complete the services had the stylist even shown up.
Following the fiasco, I wasn't even being prioritized for a quick appointment, given the inconvenience.
Very unprofessional overall.
Decided to cancel and will never go back.
Definitely DO NOT recommend.

I could not be happier with the service and products I received! Maggie was kind and patient. She took the time to help me find products that addressed my hair needs.
The two products I chose were the Biolage full density spray, and Kenra blow-dry spray.
They are amazing!!!

Employees were so friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped in the store. They were knowledgeable about their products. I have super dry skin and they were able to recommend make up that would work well with my skin. I love all the products they recommended . I also love how they made me feel welcome the entire time I was in the store. I received so many compliments on my skin from the employees, which really made my day because I walked in thinking my skin was terrible & dry.

Went into the store last night - family of 5 . The store manager thought we were stealing and then had employee follow us around and after we were done she thank him right in front of us. We also told the store manager we did not need help and she stuck an employee on us .Comical and completely judging the wrong people —— I had to comment on here because her judgement was soooo wrong !!!!!!
