Great atmosphere, I was there the other day with my wife, and had no intent of buying a watch was juts browsing, I do like look at watches. I talked to James, he was super friendly, we had a great conversation and he even showed me a surer rare IWC AMG watch from that they had in the back. Great experience overall, I told him I'll be back to get my Tudor from him.

I recently purchased a luxury watch from Bucherer/Tourneau jewelry store at king of Prussia mall. To help me with my shopping was the client advisor Mrs Monica Doyley Mrs Doyley was kind, supportive and informative. Her patient with answering my many questions was very helpful. With her help I purchased my grail Panerai watch. I had planned to make this purchase for over 2 years. Mrs Doyley was also supportive after the sale was completed. A shipping delay caused me to feel anxious Mrs Doyley with her kind and knowledgeable assistance help me to relax. Right after our conversation there was a knock on my door. It’s was my watch being delivered ( Monica is a superhero to me). I have and I will recommend to all my friends and family who are desiring to purchase any luxury jewelry or watches to visit Bucherer/Tourneau and ask for “super “ Monica she will take care of you.

The best experience !! I cannot say enough good things about Jordan Meyer and Patrick at Bucherer. Not only did they manage my expectation on the time to deliver my timepiece but their service along the way was as good as it gets. Extremely responsive to both emails and phone calls and never felt bothered by my inquiries. Jordan kept me well informed on how long the delivery process was going to take. The day I received my call that my time piece was in was a happy day. The time frame exceeded my expectations!
The day I took possession of my time piece both Jordan and Patrick went over the GMT with me to make sure I understood everything about this amazing watch. I cannot say enough good things about this store and its people. If you have realistic expectations you will be rewarded. I could not be happier with my experience and look forward to additional purchases from them.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Rolex at Tourneau, and I must say the experience was exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was warmly welcomed and treated with the utmost respect. The staff was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough in explaining all the details about the various watch models I was considering.
I’d like to give a special shoutout to Maggie, my ? sales. She was not only polite and attentive, but also extremely knowledgeable about the product. Her expert advice and recommendations were instrumental in helping me choose the perfect watch. Thanks to her guidance and expertise, I confidently purchased the Rolex I had been wanting for a long time.

Van and Pierre are wonderful people and both possess an amazing amount of knowledge on the brands that they showcase. They helped me to have my father’s old OP serviced and brought back to life. That experience was great - I knew from the moment that I brought the watch in that I could trust them to care for a very sentimental part of my collection. Recently, I went in and met with Pierre and spoke to him about a very specific watch that I wanted. After a long conversation about my likes and dislikes - he suggested a difference piece for me - showing me a photo of a newly released Tudor - the Black Bay Monochrome - and it was exactly the watch that fit the bill. Pierre went ahead and ordered it for me and it is now a watch I wear daily. As a collector and enthusiast - in Pierre and Van I have found fellow enthusiasts who seem much more concerned with helping me to build and enhance my collection with the right pieces, rather than to “sell” me anything. I fact, these folks are the antithesis to sales people, but are rather trusted consultants in the watch industry to the discerning collector and enthusiast. If you would like to purchase a timepiece in an environment that is devoid of pressure and puts a premium on service, product knowledge and has a team dedicated to getting to know their clients and helping them find the right timepiece - please go see the folks at the King of Prussia location. I highly recommend them.

I can’t overstate my disappointment with this location, been waiting 2-3 years for a submariner, they haven’t contacted me once. The worst part was when I asked them how close I am to getting one they couldn’t find me in their system despite signing up multiple times.
The sales people are short Asian ladies who barely speak English and don’t seem to care about me as a customer. In particular dealing with Van and Inga was painful. Every other Rolex location has offered me better treatment.
A Rolex store should be a store for men by men, and the sales people should be men.
Doesn’t feel like a luxury store at all, but some second hand discount jeweller. Why even have a Rolex sign if you are never going to have any? These people don’t know what they are doing.
Will probably never visit this location again. Only terrible memories and frustration here. Not only does this place give Rolex a bad name, it gives King of Prussia as a whole a bad name.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Bucherer store, with each visit varying significantly depending on the sales advisor I dealt with. While the ambiance and product range are undoubtedly impressive, the inconsistency in service has been disappointing.
Over the past year, I’ve tried to secure a few timepieces that, while not the most elusive, were intended for very special occasions. Despite my patience and repeated visits, I have yet to obtain any of the pieces I was hoping for, even with a considerable waiting period.
What has added to my frustration is the lack of communication. I’ve reached out multiple times for updates or simply to inquire about the status of my requests, but often my texts go unanswered, and I’m left in the dark.
I expected a more consistent and responsive experience, especially given the significance of the occasions I was planning for. Unfortunately, this has left me feeling quite disappointed.

I have been in Bucherer many times. I tried on and registered for an Explorer with Jordan. I ended up getting the watch at another dealer but it was an excellent experience.
When Jordan called me to tell me he located an Explorer for me, I thanked him but told him I’d gotten one. The next words out of his mouth were an enthusiastic congratulations on obtaining my dream watch. Thats the kind of service and care that Jordan provides.
On a chance, I told him that my dad was looking for a Submariner. He’d had one in Vietnam while he was in the Army but it was stolen. When I got my Rolex, I think it lit a fire under him.
Jordan said, much to my shock, that he had the exact watch my dad was looking for. By following up with a customer who didn’t previously buy anything from him, And not giving up or blowing me off when he heard I had obtained the watch elsewhere. We talked watches, he listened, and landed a sale on a Submariner. My whole family was impressed and humbled by the level of care and appreciation we were shown.
And to the rest of the staff at Bucherer in KOP…they were extremely professional and welcoming without being intrusive. We were treated like VIPs and my dad got HIS dream watch.

I cannot say enough about Maggie Chen, my Rolex Ambassador. Since we first met 3 years ago I have had all of my wishes fulfilled. Maggie just secured a rare piece for me and I believe it's my 6th. She has also put my wife in some beautiful jewelry. The experience of buying a Rolex is always special and Maggie customized all of our purchase visits with privacy, champagne and chocolates. The level of service and care are impeccable. Understand that most all Rolex are on wait list. Be serious in your inquiry and be patient. When that call comes its great. Ask for her. First negative review but it was truly a disappointing experience. Terrible customer service. First experience was when we went to get a watch the saleswoman said is in the store for sale and turns out it was just for display. Second negative experience was working with another salesman. It was not directly his fault but seems like a general staff/operational opportunity for improvement.The Website and online on google,it says this store closes at 8PM. We were there an hour before closing to pick up a watch which the salesman said is available in store today. Today was the day we wanted it before an event tomorrow. We communicated and confirmed we are on our way. When we got there, there are several customers inside the store but the door is locked. Other than staff making actions that door is locked an hour before listed time, no efforts for customer service recovery. We were not pushing on the door or being loud. There were several staff members standing there and one came by the door. I told her we’re were instructed to come pick up the watch. She listed and just said no before walking away. I made the gesture of a phone call, the security guard nodded his head as no. What a frustrating experience given phone calls are not answered any day to begin with during daytime. Having made an hour drive to pick up the watch, this was not acceptable. Recommend changing your closing time on the website and google if you close at 7pm instead of 8pm. If someone made the effort to communicate why we can’t pick up the watch and pay for it, we would have not felt like second class citizens. What we needed to do will have been way quicker than people shopping inside the store. Way to loose out on over a $20k transaction today.
The irony- the salesman messaged as text around 7:30PM to request to speak to the manager to pick up the watch. How can we do that if they don’t open the door or pick up calls?
Recommendations : 1. Offer clarity for customers and team members about bussiness hours by updating it online. Please make sure your entire staff is aware. 2. Please be available to communicate by phone for general needs like this in a timely manner. 3. Please assure an item is for sale rather than display before communicating with customers.
No business runs smoothly with every encounter. However, repeatedly deviations from standards may warrant some internal review.

When searching for my first timepiece 2019 I called Tourneau/Bucherer which is 2 hours away I was hesitant about making the drive but thank god I did. When I arrived I had the pleasure to deal with Maggie Chen, right away she was extremely helpful and went beyond what I could of asked for when dealing with a AD . What a honor and pleasure to have met such an extremely endearing person. When purchasing a timepiece, she makes the buying process more enjoyable, exciting and pleasant. After every purchase I look forward to my next purchase. She is truly one of a kind and a great friend! Highly highly recommend Tourneau/Bucherer

If you come here looking for a watch, make sure to ask for Jordan. He has been nothing but amazing throughout the process of acquiring my Rolex.
